Check-in mistake

I was checked into a room that was already occupied by another guest. Awkward doesn't even explain. Also tried to cancel reservation within the 48 hour Marriott policy, left a voicemail for the manager and never received a phone call back. Very poor customer service compared to other Marriott properties I've stayed

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that marred our experience was having to call several times to get the bathroom sink unclogged. Once they addressed this all was perfect!

The shower head and the bed were great. Could use a fridge and a microwave in the rooms.

Good location

Pros: The bed was great. Very confortable.
Cons: The facility needs to check on the temperatures in the pools.
We have stayed here before and liked the hotel. We came to visit family and use the pool. Something was wrong with the pool heater. The pool was too hot. Almost as hot as the hot tub. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay. The bed was very comfortable. One thing we did miss was not having a mini fridge and microwave in the room.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and helped us find the front desk as we entered from the conference entrance. We weren't sure if there was continental breakfast or not and wanted to call the front desk to find out, but there was no button to call. We went through another route, did get the front desk and asked if there was continental breakfast and she said yes, but failed to tell us that it was restaurant style and an extra cost. It was very noisy in the halls ( our room was on 4th floor) and in the common area and therefore hard to fall asleep. Around midnight it did get quiet.
