I was hopeful, but disappointed

Pros: Price
Cons: Clean the carpets, please.
Location: Easy to drive in and out of and jump right on the interstate.
The price was fantastic, but the pool was frigid (I explicitly asked for a heated pool area and it was not). Our carpet was disgusting (my toddler's socks were filthy within 5 minutes), to be flexible (because we were in an adjoining room with friends) I asked if the carpet could be deep cleaned the next morning - they assured me someone would be there at 9 - no one ever came. Breakfast was to be served at 7, by 7:20 we were all still waiting, the "gravy" was runny, the eggs were watery. To their credit, it looked like only one person was responsible for getting breakfast ready. They ran out of food multiple times. The building has so much potential, but it was disappointing. Also, the internet never worked for us. :-(

Cons: heat the pool
Location: elvis,elvis,bass pro shops,bean street
Awesome,respectful,polite friendly,ohio needs more folk like these,rooms clean,only thing "POOL NEEDS TO BE WARMER! ICE COLD!" Besides that great stay.. thank you

Everything was great except the breakfast.

Pros: Nice overall.
Cons: The breakfast.
The breakfast had very little food out and what was out was cold.

It's close to a highway exit

My experience was good the driving trying to find it was not. The address that Expedia has is South Service Road and it is East service road so it takes you your GPS takes you way out had to call to get directions

Just staying overnight. The entrance door leading to the back hallway looked as if it had been pryed open. Made us a little nervous, didn't seem very safe.

Directions to area were bad and took us through a bad area. Blow dryer was burned out and broken. Eggs were runny.

Never again.

Will never return. The room I wanted wasn't available. There are no microwaves in the rooms which is absurd based on price. The light didn't work called front desk she stated she would have maintenance come fix it stayed 2 days they never came. Housekeeping picked up old towels but didn't bring new ones so I called front desk and it took over 30 minutes and another call to front desk before I received some.

It has had its better days

Our stay was nice the room was clean and comfortable although areas of the Hotel looked worn and dirty. You can tell the Hotel has had its better days. The staff was very nice and helpful. Needs better upkeep and new carpet and new elevators.
