worst hotel stay ever

Three friends and myself were on vacation and had to practically beg for towels for two days just to take a shower. After the second day we went to Walmart to buy towels. In all my life I've never seen a hotel who didn't have towels to give their guests! We'll never stay here again and I will be contacting corporate!!!!

Fair to Poor Stay

Room was way away from entrance and staff was clueless as to where a luggage dolly was located. Room was ok, but walls are thin, heard next door all evening. I would not stay again at this hotel.

Good location. No room safe. Telephone no working....took 2 reminders to remedy

Breakfast lady and checkout lady were very nice

Hotel was overall acceptable. It was clean. Not the most quiet due to being right on interstate.

Disappointed

Pros: Breakfast was pretty good and the breakfast staff was top flight, friendly, and helpful.
Cons: Vacuum the hallway carpet might be something to do.
Location: Not too easy to get to nearby fast food because of one way roads.
The hotel claims to have an indoor heated pool. They got it half right. The pool is indoors, but much too cold to swim in.

Better elsewhere

I didn't realize the area I was going to visit was so.... truck stopish. If you're visiting Memphis, I would recommend going down to Southaven, MS. Much nicer and much safer

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast ran out before 10 but we managed with biscuits and gravy. But other than that the hotel was close to everything we needed.

o On spring break with my granddaughter,booked room because of indoor pool. The pool was ice cold,when asked at front desk of pool condition the person acted like it was first they knew of it. Also the side entry door lock was broke allowing anyone access. Was disappointed to not even get an apology.
