Weak Internet and the Restaurant has Closed

Cons: Better wifi!!! Hopefully a new restaurant opens!
Location: Not much to do in West Memphis....I go to visit my Dad.
Staff here is really good...everyone is super nice. My non-smoking room had a smell that told me that someone had smoked in it and it was masked with some type of perfume. Wifi is terrible...had to use my cell as a hot spot. And the awesome restaurant that was in the hotel has closed. Will probably try another hotel next time I stay in West Memphis

worst hotel stay ever

Three friends and myself were on vacation and had to practically beg for towels for two days just to take a shower. After the second day we went to Walmart to buy towels. In all my life I've never seen a hotel who didn't have towels to give their guests! We'll never stay here again and I will be contacting corporate!!!!

Memphis in May

We enjoyed our stay at Clarion Hotel. The beds were comfortable, the service was great and the price was reasonable. The refrigerator didn't work in our room but we used the one in our kids room. We will book again.

Best Bang for your Buck, fantastic breakfast

This is a great place to stay. Had coffee up front 24/7. Had a great restaurant for food and alcohol plus good music. Our room had 3 chairs plus Fridge and microwave. Beds was very comfortable and an easy to use remote for the tv.

The hotel is nice. Going under some renovations, but still nice. Breakfast was great and the employees were friendly.

Check in too seconds , Ours rooms were huge and Super Comfortable.The Pool area was Amazing Plus breakfast was great but the employees were Super friendly and helpful

Fair to Poor Stay

Room was way away from entrance and staff was clueless as to where a luggage dolly was located. Room was ok, but walls are thin, heard next door all evening. I would not stay again at this hotel.
