The rooms are dirty. Carpet stained, base boards filthy and dusty. Night stand drawers had tons of old hair and debris. Had to get more towels and pillowcases due to strands of hair intertwined in fabric. Comforter had stains.Overall room could use a deep cleaning

Low Quality Inn
We arrived at after 1am, very tired. Came to the front desk. No one was there. Rang the bell. Waited a minute. Rang the bell. Waited another minute. Called the front desk. It rang for another minute and then the front desk person showed up. Got to the room and it was very warm, non smoking room that wreaked of smoke. The pillows were dirty with yellow stains. The chair was stained. The bed was okay. I hope this is the last time I ever stay in a Quality Inn because there is nothing ever “Quality” about a Quality Inn. The price was pretty steep at $135 for a $35 grade inn

There was a putrid smell in room 110 that never went away even after running hvac unit several hours. We were late to check in and very tired so did not ask to be moved In morning breakfast was wonderful. Service good. Only complaint was room smell.

Overall the stay was nice. It is located near the interstate and you can hear ot if you are in a front room. They were doing some exterior repairs so it was a little messy outside but was really nice on the inside. I would stay here again!

Musty smelling and disappointing...
The room had a distinctive musty smell. I'm not sure if it came from the air conditioning unit, but it got your attention when you came into the room. Fortunately, the brain adapts and after a short while, you don't notice the odor anymore. At least until you come back into the room. The bed was moderately comfortable, but the towels were very thin, likely from being washed many times. Some of the staff were pleasant and outgoing, others seemed indifferent. I wouldn't recommend staying here and I wouldn't return again.

The people were very nice... I booked with Orbitz, then, i decided to extend my stay a couple nights in the Jacuzzi suite, and got a better rate at the desk than I could through Orbitz. The Jacuzzi was clean and hot water was plentiful. The sheets and blankets seemed clean, and the linens were changed daily if you'd like. This is a good hotel for the price, and i'll be stopping in again if I get back that way.
