The motel room was in a bad state of repair. Window couldn't be shut and secured. Only had one curtain. Breakfast was ONLY waffles and coffee. There was nothing else. I was allowed to cancel my following nights stays.

The room had such a bad odor (stale cigarette ???). The rooms were marked "no smoking," but due to insufficient cleaning/ventilation, the odor was about unbearable. When I went to put on my night clothes on the next night at a different stop, they still stunk so badly I couldn't bear to wear them. I was told there was a new owner that was redoing the rooms, but the place to start would be a thorough deep cleaning of each room and the carpets, etc. There were flies in the room and fruit flies as well. I asked for a fly swatter but they didn't have one, apparently. My room backed up to the truck stop, so I had the noise of semis coming and going and running their APUs. This hotel needs major cleaning and updating. There was no coffee in the morning because there were no coffee filters... I cannot recommend anyone stay at this facility.

There were two men that seemed to appear every time I came out of my room. I confronted one about it and I never saw him again. The clerk literally said my room number loudly after I asked her not to say my room number out loud because the man that kept showing up was just sitting in the lobby when I first arrived. She stated he was a regular. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time. A lot of people that stay here are very sketchy.

The staff was great A . The hallways had wet paint signs, the vending machines were broken but for the price of the room it wasn't a bad experience. The room itself was nice and clean.

300 for a room that had burns already all over
We stayed one night, as soon as I walked in I see big burn marks on cover. The next morning I leave and around noon get notification I’ve been charged another 250 from hotel. I go up there and they try saying a because my boyfriend took a cup out of my car that had cigarette ashes in it and threw it in the garbage in the room that already had the burn marks on bed!!! That’s why we got charged. I asked to speak with manager or get managers number and was told no!!!

It's an old run down establishment so it was as clean as humanly possible. I went for breakfast at 0820 (breakfast 0600-0900) all they had were granola bars ...what?

Hi, Im sorry you had a bad experience with us. We did just add all new beds and furniture to all rooms of the property. We have started painting as well. I am sorry you missed all of the new stuff. Our breakfast consists of 1 prepackaged item, 2 flavors of juice, and coffee all day. We do have a nice ihop next door and a dennys across the street. We do have to follow super 8s guidelines for breakfast. I am very sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you for your business.

Located near a lot of truck stop access, right next to overnight semi-parking. Because of this was a bit loud at all hours. Also while under construction they just had what they said was "grab n' go" breakfast, which was really just coffee and granola bars.

This place was near the highway. Truckers all around. I booked this place because it was cheaper and close to where we wanted to get on for next day travels. Shower had hole in it. No smoke detector in room. I did tell management in the morning and she said she didn’t know. I called to see if my $50 refund was returned and told the night girl too! She said she didn’t know either. I was told they were doing renovations! I thought they would have offered my money back. Didn’t sleep well. Left in morning as soon as we got awake.

What a disappointment! I've stayed in other Super 8's and was expecting a low budget experience but this one wins the prize for poor service, false advertising and misspent money.

The staff was wonderful!! Very helpful and friendly. The room was dirty and smelled bad. Almost as if it were a former smoking room and they didn't do anything to get rid of the smell. Bed was uncomfortable and the sheets looked dirty. Some dirty spots on 2 of the towels.

Our stay was Absolutely Terrible!!! It had no elevator and no cart to carry your baggage on. When we got to the room, it had no telephone so we were forced to use ours for everything ... Even to call the front desk, housekeeping or maintenance. The hotel advertises free breakfast and wifi. It had neither!!! Imagine, booking a hotel for a week long business trip, when you're expecting a hot breakfast before leaving for convention meetings ... And there is NONE!!! It gets worse. What about getting back to your hotel room, Hoping To Connect to Their FREE Wifi ... And NEVER being able to the Entire Week!!! Since my PC and Cellphone, are both supplied by the same business carrier. We had No Cellphone reception either!!! The only time we did, was when we were away from the hotel. After a long day of meetings and conferences, you want to get back to the room and comfortably enter information onto your computer ... But, we Could Not!!! The trip was a BUST and we would like to be compensated for our inconveniece!!!

Hi David, We do have a cart for guest to use. We have phones in all rooms, Our wifi is working daily and is all newly updated. I am sorry if you could not connect, but our staff would have been happy to help you connect to it. We do have a light breakfast, not a continental breakfast. As far as you not having cellphone reception, that is out of our control. We do not have control over your service providers. I am very sorry you had a bad experience. You stayed a week and did not complain or bring anything to the attention of our staff. We are very sorry you had issues and wish you would have gave our staff a chance to fix any issues. Great nights sleep, but nothing more.
The whole place was kind of dirty and really smelled like marijuana, although it was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. Did not have breakfast, and that was why I had selected this hotel. The bed is extremely comfy. Despite being near truckstops, not a lot of noise.

This motel is our first choice for staying in the West Memphis area. Our room is clean, comfortable and pleasant. Bed is very comfortable with clean linens, affording a restful sleep. Shower operates properly and bath linens are adequate. No in-room coffee maker but plenty of coffee available in the lobby during breakfast hours. Staff very friendly, courteous and helpful.

It is fine if you just stay for the night. It’s out dated. Smells like cigarette smoke everywhere. It says breakfast on website but it’s coffee and granola bar. This is not your normal Super 8 it is a franchise so don’t expect Super 8 grade. It’s a truckers hotel.

The room had not been updated since the turn of the century. Mirror had signs of rust. Mising shelves in the bathroom. Seemed very run down. They also put a $50 deposit hold on your card. The only issue i had is that they did not refund it the next day as promised. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. The room wasnt worth the $56.75 i spent on it.

First of all I prepaid for my room when i get there they ask for additional money i pay it no problem. I get upstairs (no elevator) and my bathtub looks horrible. Complimentary breakfast granola bars coffee and juices highly disappointed.

We do however require a room incidental deposit as listed on our website. Fully refundable if there is no damage. We do offer a light breakfast, orange or apple juice, Coffee, and 1 prepacked item. It smelled like old spice and had Roaches in the bathtub. I told the attendant I couldn’t stay in that room or the hotel. Instead of him trying to refund my money he grabbed his phone and keys & went to go look he took photos and said it was no bugs in there I said how dare u call me a lie and they have legs they can definitely crawl… I left and went & booked another room & management have not reached out to me nor have a received a refund yet…, but I’m waiting until it post on my account so I can dispute cause I didn’t even sit down in there …. Beware Old & Insects also RUDE

Obviously undergoing remodeling & they gave me an old room on the 2nd floor (I had asked for lower level with the hardwood floors). The towel rack was ripped out of the wall, old nasty red carpet, uncomfortable bed & pillows, furniture in the hallway outside my door, very noisy, cigarette burns in the blanket & sheets, mold on the walls & ceiling in bathroom, AC not working properly, no lamp shades on 2 lights, no grip bar or non-slip in tub, no shampoo or conditioner (which I later saw other rooms had), cable was super glitchy, and the “Super Star Breakfast” was outdated oatmeal or granola bars. The coffee was good, and they had nice towels & plenty of hot water.

This was an average experience. I will say the staff were very accommodating of my need to arrive with a very late check in and were friendly in person and on the phone when I asked to do that. It was doable for one night but I would not have wanted to stay any longer. Hand towels had makeup already on them as well as the sink. The bed is so worn out that it completely and totally sinks in down to the springs when you lie down so it’s not comfortable and I’m a pretty small person. As for the appearance, I did really enjoy the huge pictures on the walls.

This motel's accommodations and staff never disappoint us. With family in the area, we use this motel several times a year. It is clean with a friendly, welcoming staff. Linens are clean and the mattress affords a very restful sleep. The motel's decor is in process of being updated. Our only wish is that in-room coffee makers were available; even so, we highly recommend this motel.

Room 127 was absolutely disgusting. There was a huge puddle of water on the floor when I entered. The paint on the walls has peeled away. Everything that was metal had rust. The bathroom was covered in mold/mildew. The room smelled bad probably from the mold. The bathtub paint had peeled. The light and combination fan in the bathroom needed cleaning. It was covered in rust and built on dust. The bathroom door has been broken into. The bed and the coverings looked older than my granny.

We do urge guest to let the front desk know of any and all issues and we will do our best to make your stay great. If we can not do that we do offer a full refund.
