Great place for pets

Enjoyed the 1st floor room, made it very easy to take my 2 Boxers in and out. Bed was comfortable and staff was available 24 hours. Great value for any traveling pet owner. Will stay there again.

Hotel close to downtown

The hotel was clean however there were no extras. No extra pillows, no extra cups. Included breakfast was " grab and go" versus a continental breakfast. No general/central sitting area

Cons: Would be nice to have minimal utensils and dishes in room. Was available on request, but a hassle to request a spoon and fork.
Nice room, limited cable channels. Need to have utensils in rooms.

The water pressure was low and the pipes squealed. The room didn't have bath towels. Couldn't make room to room calls without calling the front desk.

We were told there were no forks or cups clean because the staff was lazy. I will never go back.

Temporary place to stay, apartment was unavailable

My apartment complex was unavailable, needed a place to go. The staff at this hotel was very good about accommodating me for the time frame I needed a room. Colleen and her staff were terrific

We wanted a two bed room but got a king size instead. A little bit of traffic in the backyard and exposed to noise because we were on the first floor. However, we were satisfied overall!
