Great Stay

Pros: clean and friendly
Cons: I have no complaints
Location: This is approx. 2.5 miles from the strip but they run a shuttle every hour.
We had our reservation cancelled the day before we left on vacation and found this resort last minute. What a great find. It was very clean and off the strip. They have a shuttle that runs every hour to the strip almost 24 hours a day. We also took Uber and it was only like $15.00 for 4 of us from this location. We felt very safe and welcomed. Clean rooms. I would stay here again.

Great away from the Strip

Pros: easy access and away from strip
Cons: Well the bathtub combination Jacuzzi shower maybe its time just revamp and have a great shower with seat its a little difficult to get into the Jacuzz
Location: Near to grocery stores and Orleans Hotel
Just a great place to stay we have been staying here for the last 5 years easy access to travel and being away from strip not noisy. They do have a shuttle if you dont have a car to get around there are grocery stores a couple of blocks away and The Orleans just down the road just love it we come at least once a year to do our shopping for Xmas at Kohls which again just 10 minutes up the road We also enjoy the fact that the security is wonderful and they do have help yourself breakfast with bagels and such they get our approval top notcheasy access to everything and away from strip

Hot tub!

Neat and clean with a great pool and hot tub. Easy parking and shuttle to casinos. Would gladly stay here again.

Nice, spacious very quiet rooms. Stayed here with extended family and had more than enough room for 5.

stupid parking pass new rule

Cons: give me a parking pass for the 3 nights stay when i check in after 4 pm
I loved this place but there new rule to get a parking pass is so inconvenient, the front desk will only give you a parking pass for 1 day when you check in. trying to sell me show tickets to get a parking pass is so stupid.

We love this place! It's nice, private, convenient and quiet. We love the jetted tub.

Terrible hotel and far way from everything

No clean service A lot noise in the hall and rooms you can hear conversations and the television from other rooms. Terrible experience

Pros: it's quite and clean
Cons: have a bar/restaurant and definitely serve better breakfast
Not too bad, at least is fairly close to the strip but in a quieter area. However I wasn't 100%b happy with the staff. I arrived earlier than regular check in time (1 pm instead of 4pm) and asked if it was possible to get a room in advance. I didn't mind to wait, but what I didn't like is that the person at the reception left my situation pending and then got off his shift and didn't tell his replacement that I was waiting for an answer. In the end I waited 2 hours in the hall for nothing

Pros: Everything. THE PEOPLE WOrKED @ the hotel were dynamite.
Cons: I CANT THINK OF ANYTHING THAT COULD BE IMPROVED. i MEAN IT !!
Location: tHE HOTEL was in a great location !
I lucked out in that i was given a 1 bedroom BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY STUDIOS LEFT. tHE HOTEL STAFF WAS INCREDIBLY Knowledgeable on all my questions. THEY WENT OUT OF THERE WAY FOR ME. I'll be back for sure in 2018. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!

The AC quit in middle of the nite and Not Fixed

Pros: Building Exterior and lobby is very upscale.
Cons: Maintenance of individual units is lacking
Location: Drive to the Strip for gambling
For dinner we started to walk to an eating establishment which was located one block down the street from the hotel. We noticed that the hotel was on margin of a sketchy neighborhood which made us uncomfortable and so we returned to the room and order in. Several hours after we went to bed we noticed the room getting warmer even though the AC unit fan was still blowing air. It was about 1:00 am when I checked the thermostat and it was set for 69 yet the thermometer which gave actual temp said 76. I called the front desk and the desk person said they would send maintenance right away which they did. He verified the settings on the thermostat and said he would have to check the electrical panel which was located in the adjacent suite but if it had guests then he could not disturb them (maybe this happens frequently at this hotel?) He left us and shortly after the desk person called to say there was nothing they could do until the next morning as there were guests in the adjacent unit whom they would not disturb. Our only option was to open the window as it was now 81 in our room but we were on the ground floor and we had concerns of someone coming through the window as again this property is not in the nicest area and the traffic noise was now very loud with the window open as this unit is close to the busy road so as the so as the room slowly cooled down we listened to shouting intoxicated persons walking by along the street and vehicle traffic and did not sleep further.
