So Dissatisfied

Didn't check in till 5:30 so disappointed I've never had a hotel check me in so late then they wash carpets and and I can't even take off my shoes because the carpet is sticky after driving 5 hours from California I had to wait 2 1-2 hours in their lobby to get my room. No continental breakfast another shocker. They don't clean ur rooms unless you stay more than 4 days the pool did not look clean these were my major concerns

We are also sorry that our ill-considered carpet washing time prevented you from kicking off your shoes and relaxing to the fullest after your long drive. We are sorry for not informing you of our daily Rise & Shine, a continental-style breakfast featuring bagels, oranges, bananas, coffee and tea. We serve it mornings in our Motu Lounge in the main lobby. We apologize if our housekeeping policy did not meet your requirements. As a timeshare resort, we offer a complimentary midweek cleaning to visitors staying a full seven days. We are always happy to replenish any items you may need, however, and offer daily cleaning for a fee. Thanks again for choosing Club de Soleil. We wish we had made a more favorable impression.

NEVER AGAIN!

Pros: nothing
Cons: so much... they need new mattress; new pillows, a decent room-check for items left by previous guests, and good coffee
I saw the reviews on the hotel before booking it, and it was rated " really good", but boy oh boy, that is so not true! The photos of the hotel on the website are really deceiving ... the pool is really small and right in front of the hotel... it's just not what the photos show ... my husband is 6'3" and over 230lbs and sleeping was impossible because the mattress is really low quality... every single time he moved during the night I would wake up because of it... the pillows are too high and don't seem to fluff when I put my head on it... needless to say that after 3 nights I am cranky, sleep deprived and have a headache. Days Inn is a much better option if you're looking for a budget stay. I don't know what their cleaning standard is, but we found some items behind he mattress such as a small white ball (? used for ping pong sex?) and something that looks like a kid's plastic toy... Lastly... the complimentary coffee in the room is tasteless... And before I go... if you want room service (cleaning) you have to pay extra; it's only part of your stay on the 4th day if you book a 7-day stay.

AC problems

Overall experience was OK. We called twice to let them know the AC was leaking a lot of water onto the floor. Someone came out once to repair it but the next day it happened again and no one came to fix it. So, we put several towels down to absorb the water that continued to leak.

Nice hotel, full kitchen with utensils.

Full kitchens with utensils, stores near by to get groceries and cook in hotel to save money especially if you have kids. Staff was very helpful. Except night security he kept bugging my room about noise that we were not making. Every night he was at our door listening.

Great place to stay, close to the strip

Had a concert to go to at T-Mobile Arena, this place was conveniently close to it and wad very comfortable to stay in, the staff wad very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with excellent staff services.

Pros: Location, quiet, comfort
Cons: Having service center at each club-computer and printer will help, so I do not have to drive from Club 1 to main office just printing my confirmation
I stayed for 4 nights and the room is good condition. Staffs in Club 1 are very nice & helpful. Max who serve breakfast is an excellent server. I enjoyed my stay there.

Excellent suite and service

Spent $100 and got a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen and washer/dryer. Everything was brand new and smelled good. A quick drive from the strip we will be getting a room here next time we go to Las Vegas.

Nice place to stay

As a Single Parent my Kids and I had a pleasant 3 night stay there. I especially love there full size kitchen for all the convince of feeling at home.

Great hotel

The hotel was pretty great. The best parts were the 24 hour pools, comfortable beds, shuttle to two locations on the strip, and jacuzzi tub. The downsides of this hotel are the location (it is approx. 2 miles from the strip and there is hardly anything within walking distance) and that the shuttle doesn't run late enough. Luckily we were there on a weekend when the shuttle goes until 1:00 AM, but when you're in Vegas that, unfortunately, still isn't late enough.

Pros: quiet and friendly
Location: I liked that a free shuddel ran to the strip every hour
the breakfast didn't happen early enough for us but everything else was great
