The Hotel was nice and inviting. It has a quaint, small boutique hotel atmosphere. I would stay there again, but will request a room with a garden balcony next time. :)

Reconnect with sisters

Posted Sep 2, 2017
Pros: see above
Cons: see above
Location: na
One sister lives here in Las Vegas the other flew in from Salt Lake City, I flew in from Arizona. Ashley was very helpful in ensuring we got a 3rd floor unit. Very quiet. Never heard any neighbors. 2 bedroom units was spacious, bedrooms were huge and dining area handled five people very nicely. I'm the cook, which is why we chose this property. Stove, oven and microwave worked great. The only utensils missing were a grater (I had called earlier and brought my own) and a spatula, but we managed well without it. We rented a car for our 3 day visit, but when we stay the next time we will get save that cost. We didn't realize the hourly shuttles go to/from the strip and other shuttles go to the grocery store daily and other useful venues. A few suggestions: 1. Have the lobbies carry some cash. During our checkout we asked if they could break a $20 because we thought the current housekeeping tip would be about $10, but they couldn't. 2. Consider adding an initial refrigerator load to your services -- ask the customer what they would like in their refrigerator or freezer when they arrive. After a flight in, a ice cold martini might be welcome. Add a small percent or fixed amount to the items provided. 3. Going further, consider providing specific menu and ingredients (glutton free, kosher, paleo, vegan, etc.) if desired. I know, this is probably over the top, but might become a real difference maker.

Time Share

Posted Aug 24, 2017
Pros: One bedroom suite is roomy and offers all the comforts of home. Even free access to BBQ grills. Nice touch for a great grilled dinner!
Cons: A different approach to sales routine. "Forcing" you to visit the "concierge" without knowledge of it being a sales opportunity. More breakfast foods.
Location: Not far off strip, offers free transit rides to two major strip hotels. So leave the rental behind and let someone else drive you to the party!
This is a time share property. When you arrive the front desk staff are welcoming and are authorized to issue only a 24 hr. parking pass, requiring you to "visit" the "concierge" (who is a sales rep. for the time share company). I have stayed here before so I learned this process thus stopping the sales rep. before her spiel. So I figured I would share this info to future guests. Perhaps this could be mentioned by Expedia on the hotel info page. Otherwise as mentioned I have stayed at this property and enjoy the roominess and comfort. The breakfast offered only consists of a bread choice, fruit and coffee/tea very minimal. However for the cost and comfort I am not complaining, just sharing details. I will stay here again

So Dissatisfied

Posted Aug 3, 2017
Didn't check in till 5:30 so disappointed I've never had a hotel check me in so late then they wash carpets and and I can't even take off my shoes because the carpet is sticky after driving 5 hours from California I had to wait 2 1-2 hours in their lobby to get my room. No continental breakfast another shocker. They don't clean ur rooms unless you stay more than 4 days the pool did not look clean these were my major concerns

Thank you for your visit and feedback. We are disappointed we did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the check-in delay. We are also sorry that our ill-considered carpet washing time prevented you from kicking off your shoes and relaxing to the fullest after your long drive. We are sorry for not informing you of our daily Rise & Shine, a continental-style breakfast featuring bagels, oranges, bananas, coffee and tea. We serve it mornings in our Motu Lounge in the main lobby. We apologize if our housekeeping policy did not meet your requirements. As a timeshare resort, we offer a complimentary midweek cleaning to visitors staying a full seven days. We are always happy to replenish any items you may need, however, and offer daily cleaning for a fee. Thanks again for choosing Club de Soleil. We wish we had made a more favorable impression.

NEVER AGAIN!

Posted Jul 23, 2017
Pros: nothing
Cons: so much... they need new mattress; new pillows, a decent room-check for items left by previous guests, and good coffee
I saw the reviews on the hotel before booking it, and it was rated " really good", but boy oh boy, that is so not true! The photos of the hotel on the website are really deceiving ... the pool is really small and right in front of the hotel... it's just not what the photos show ... my husband is 6'3" and over 230lbs and sleeping was impossible because the mattress is really low quality... every single time he moved during the night I would wake up because of it... the pillows are too high and don't seem to fluff when I put my head on it... needless to say that after 3 nights I am cranky, sleep deprived and have a headache. Days Inn is a much better option if you're looking for a budget stay. I don't know what their cleaning standard is, but we found some items behind he mattress such as a small white ball (? used for ping pong sex?) and something that looks like a kid's plastic toy... Lastly... the complimentary coffee in the room is tasteless... And before I go... if you want room service (cleaning) you have to pay extra; it's only part of your stay on the 4th day if you book a 7-day stay.

AC problems

Posted Jul 18, 2017
Overall experience was OK. We called twice to let them know the AC was leaking a lot of water onto the floor. Someone came out once to repair it but the next day it happened again and no one came to fix it. So, we put several towels down to absorb the water that continued to leak.

Nice hotel, full kitchen with utensils.

Posted Jul 12, 2017
Full kitchens with utensils, stores near by to get groceries and cook in hotel to save money especially if you have kids. Staff was very helpful. Except night security he kept bugging my room about noise that we were not making. Every night he was at our door listening.
