Quiet surroundings

Posted Oct 12, 2017
Pros: Very private, quiet, far from the trafic noise of the city
Cons: The sofa bed was sagging in the middle. Uncomfortable to sleep in.
Location: The hotel was a few mile from the Strip, and restaurants and shopping
The hotel is a resort, complete with laundry facility in the unit which was very important to us considering that we travelled from another state.

Overall experience was great. We tried to check in a couple hours earlier and no rooms were available. But staff offered to hold our luggage while we site see until room was ready. Other than that things went smoothly from there. Room was clean, staff was nice. Very affordable. Would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel but there was no place to eat

Posted Sep 29, 2017
Pros: It is airy and there was a welcoming feel about the place. The place is also quiet and is ideal for those looking to relax.
Cons: A restaurant would be a very positive addition.
Location: The hotel is outside of the strip and unfortunately there is nowhere to go for activities close to the hotel.
I came to Las Vegas not to gamble but to to see friends and enjoy the scenery in the outskirts. I liked this hotel because it is resort like and there was no casino therefore there was no cigarette smell anywhere. However although they have a complimentary shuttle to go to the strip, it would still be ideal if there were places to eat close to the hotel if I did not want to go to the strip. As it is I had to settle buying instant noodles from a convenience store near the hotel for dinner and for this reason I will have to look for another hotel next time.

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay due to restaurants that are not close by. Please on your next visit see concierge as they have a list of great restaurants near by.

Off the strip

Posted Sep 27, 2017
The hotel is very nice and the staff are attentive. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed our stay and got a good nights sleep. You are off the strip and they run a shuttle so it is quieter and relaxing.

Price appropriate

Posted Sep 22, 2017
We found the room and facilities clean, however older. Staff was very good. Accommodations are basic. No housekeeping without additional pay. No hair dryer. Breakfast snacks located on a different floor. Walls very thin, so had to complain about neighbor noise.

The Hotel was nice and inviting. It has a quaint, small boutique hotel atmosphere. I would stay there again, but will request a room with a garden balcony next time. :)

Reconnect with sisters

Posted Sep 2, 2017
Pros: see above
Cons: see above
Location: na
One sister lives here in Las Vegas the other flew in from Salt Lake City, I flew in from Arizona. Ashley was very helpful in ensuring we got a 3rd floor unit. Very quiet. Never heard any neighbors. 2 bedroom units was spacious, bedrooms were huge and dining area handled five people very nicely. I'm the cook, which is why we chose this property. Stove, oven and microwave worked great. The only utensils missing were a grater (I had called earlier and brought my own) and a spatula, but we managed well without it. We rented a car for our 3 day visit, but when we stay the next time we will get save that cost. We didn't realize the hourly shuttles go to/from the strip and other shuttles go to the grocery store daily and other useful venues. A few suggestions: 1. Have the lobbies carry some cash. During our checkout we asked if they could break a $20 because we thought the current housekeeping tip would be about $10, but they couldn't. 2. Consider adding an initial refrigerator load to your services -- ask the customer what they would like in their refrigerator or freezer when they arrive. After a flight in, a ice cold martini might be welcome. Add a small percent or fixed amount to the items provided. 3. Going further, consider providing specific menu and ingredients (glutton free, kosher, paleo, vegan, etc.) if desired. I know, this is probably over the top, but might become a real difference maker.
