Great Hotel

Pros: FIVE STAR SERVICE IN A THREE STAR HOTEL.
We were on vacation in Las Vegas and stayed at the Courtyard Marriott. The Hotel was excellent, Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Cheryl from The Bistro was ever so friendly and accommodated our needs. Shuttle service to the Strip was excellent. Truly a FIVE STAR SERVICE IN A THREE STAR HOTEL.

The hotel was very nice! We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean as was the restroom. Cleaner an nicer then some strip hotels! Also great that you have a shuttle to the strip every 30 min.. we very much enjoyed our stay.

Not good experience

We were bumped out when we tried to check in. They planned to bus us to Fairfield inn . I am insulin dependent diabetes and Fairfield inn does not have a restaurant. Turned out Fairfield inn is across parking lot. Easier to walk then to load up backage just to unload it across parking lot. When we arrived at airport, called for shuttle and was told they did not have a shuttle. Told to take cab. Shuttle was sitting in front of hotel when we arrived.

John- Sorry to hear this wasn't a good experience. I imagine your frustration being moved to a different hotel- however we had a maintenance issue and your room was un available. Fortunately; our sister hotel Fairfield Inn (same parking lot) had a room available! Our hotel offers shuttle service, however due to airport regulations our hotel does not offer pick up service from the airport. We do however offer a drop off service. Thanks for your feedback and hope you are able to give us an opportunity again in the future.

Comfortable Stay

The stay was amazing. The only issue we had was that our refridgerator was broken and it didn't get fixed. It wasn't a big enough deal for it to ruin our stay though!

Great nights stay

We were staying at an area resort, but had to find a room for Saturday night because our hotel was sold out. We moved here for the night and it was wonderful. The room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The hotel had a small deli type restaurant, gym equipment, pool, and free Wi-fi. All of the amenities of the resorts without the resort fee. Rate was very reasonable for a weekend in May.
