Nice Hotel close to the strip

The room was a very nice size with a kitchen. There was no microwave and the sofa bed was not great at all. But for one stay it was ok.

Decent inexpensive hotel.

Close to the strip and relatively inexpensive for a family. Was missing sheets for the sofa bed so had to go ask for those.

DIrty, Run down

Run down to the ground. We stayed in budget hotels before and they were simple and clean. This one is not in budget category but the one below if it exists (dump?). Extremely dirty, not sure if they have housekeeping at all - we found pizza plates under the bed from god knows when. Socks got black just by walking from the bed to the washroom which summarizes the state of the floor. Toilet doors could not be closed. One of the lights was not working, TV flickering, beds are old and squeek when you take a breath. Entrance door was damaged as if someone at some point tried to break in so we felt unsafe. Towels - sandpaper (so thin, almost transparent) had to be taken to the reception to get 'fresh' ones - you actually wait for the same ones you brought to be washed. List goes on and on...We are lucky that we did not contracted some desease - so far so good. Expedia should not sell this hotel - their web site is misleading as it advertises renovated rooms. We did complain but stuff cannot do much about all the above

I'm pretty easy going about places to stay but a clean room is a must. The floor was dirty and after a shower within 30 minutes my feet were black! It was disgusting! I would not stay there again ever!

Really bed cleaning.nothing wAs available

Not to expensive

Cons: Services more better
Air conditioner suddenly off and getting hot at midnite. No technician support, no change room. Cannot do anything

Quick and easy

It was nice and clean! Off the strip so we didn't have to deal with traffic and it was close to food, gas and casinos.

Disappointing

Pros: The interior Design, and color palette.
Cons: Better Service, more attention to the rooms, and more check in employees.
Location: Location is great, 5 minutes from the Strip, and placed where there is no traffic.
Arrived to only one person checking people in, there was a long line, a long wait, and the check in employee was new and was not getting too much support from the assistant manager. When I finally enter the room, I noticed that it was missing many of the things you find in any other hotel. I went back to the check in office and told them I had no sheets, blankets and pillows for the sofa bed. There was also no coffee maker in the room, and she responded "That's right, you need to request that here." Then I got the things I needed but the pillows. They were out. I was very disappointed, I feel like I paid a high price for what I got. On top of that when I booked It said continental breakfast for 2, and I didn't get any of that, no ticket boucher. Finally, I noticed that the trash cans in the room didn't get emptied, made me think, if they couldn't even change the trash bag, did they change the bed sheets?There was also no working batteries in the TV remote. I will never use that hotel again. I feel that it was a rip off, and a horrible experience. Check out was excellent though.
