Nice hotel to get when visiting Las Vegas

i recently traveled to las vegas for my very first time , the room we got was a suite and my family was very pleased with the room and the staff was amazing , i would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a cheap hotel please go here. whenever i come back i’m definitely booking you guys again, thank you for a pleasant experience

Pros: It was conveniently located near Las Vegas Strip.
Cons: Room cleanliness
The room had clogged drains which made it difficult to shower. There were not enough towels in the room. The floors of the room were filthy.

The room assigned to one member of our group had not been cleaned prior to our check in. It appears that someone was still staying there because there were personal items in the room when she opened the door. A bottle of spaghetti sauce had been dropped and the bottle was broken prior to our arrival but it was never cleaned up over our three day stay. The exercise room did not have disinfectant to clean equipment and there was only one towel available for use by patrons.

Really not great

Pros: The price. The breakfast bar was basic but nice assortment.
The room was very basic. The furniture is bad quality & badly put together. Nice air conditioning in one room, and no air in the other. Stale smell like people had smoked there for many years, although it was described as a non-smoking hotel. The hotel had run out of extra blankets when I asked for them later in the evening. I was woken by a man screaming in the room next door & pounding on the wall. There were bags of trash in front of our door, from the occupant of the room on the other side. Not again.

Cons: Beds need to be updated.
Location: If you want to do anything nearby you will need to walk .5 of miles. Plan to Uber or LFTE anywhere you want to go.
Things to note. Weekly housekeeping provided this means no service unless you are staying for better then 7 days. Not even to get towels and they don't tell you that until you return to your room and discover it. So plan to haul them up to the desk if you want clean ones. Take care of our own trash. The room was not clean, Curtains wrinkled and dingy and had something on them so most certainly not cleaned. Front desk did not seem to care when told. Sink took 15 minutes to drain in bathroom, again front desk told and did not care. Won't stay again, will never recommend. Breakfast was true. Nothing special, crushed granola bars, and prepackaged muffins. Coffee was hot so that was a plus.

Nice Hotel close to the strip

The room was a very nice size with a kitchen. There was no microwave and the sofa bed was not great at all. But for one stay it was ok.

Basic Accommodations. So Much Potential To Be Bet

The hotel parking lot and building walkways had a lot of trash that never seemed to be picked up over the 3 nights I stayed. The room was clean and spacious, but the dining table and coffee table both had at least one broken leg. The kitchen had a refrigerator, full size oven, a microwave, no coffee machine. And no pots, pans, silverware, or anything else. If I had asked, I probably could have got some, but I would have expected it to be there already. There were plenty of towels, minimal soap and a bottle of shampoo. Two televisions. There is a walk-in closet with an ironing board and iron. And there was air-conditioning in the living room, and a feed through fan to the bedroom. But it can be a little uncomfortable if it is very hot outside. The pool and jacuzzi were relatively clean and comfortable. There is a small gym on premises. And Breakfast is take-away muffins, granola bars, and coffee or tea. This is a very basic hotel that is not in a very scenic area, others have described it as sketchy. Short walk to the Palms, Gold Coast, and Rio.

Near the Strip Good Price

Stay was for 5 nights and it was decent for the price. My only complaint was that the cable was down (not a big deal for me since we rarely watched anything on the tv) and the floors were a bit dirty. There was trash and a pair of shoes underneath the bed too.
