I know you’re renovating your property and I respect that. Just would be nice if you told someone that prior to them showing up. Half the places are closed or just an awful condition.

We had a room in the tower, which was like a suite was $80 Canadian. It was super nice 13th floor great view just lovely.

We booked a room with strip view and in the high floors. We got mid height (22 out of 51 floors) and no views of the strip. Drawers were dirty (food from previous guest) and rooms were outdated. Restaurants were understaffed.

There were no realistic places to walk and the property is far enough removed from the Las Vegas Strip that a taxi is required for everything. The renovations and the fact that many of the potential restaurants were closed limited options for dining. The pool was only open from 10:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. Most importantly, the overall level of cleanliness was poor.

There is a walkway on the same side of the street that we sit to the strip that takes about 25 minutes for a wonderful stroll, or the city bus route 202 is just 5.00 for a 24-hour pass. And it is just one stop from us to the Strip and both routes are 24-hour routes. We apologize for the inconvenience. Feedback like this is critical to our future success. Rooms are very spacious. We didn't get a recently renovated room. I don't have an issue with that. The walls are just paper thin. You can clearly hear the people talking in the next room. Otherwise it is a great property in a great location to get on and off the I15.

My unite was on the top floor (20) of the building I stayed in. Had my room not been spacious and offered a very nice view, I would have rated my stay as terrible (1 star) instead of poor (2 stars). This is due to the following reasons: 1. Main shower head didn't work and I had to rely on the handheld shower, which was attached to the holder on the wall that was so tight that I cannot pivot handheld shower to the desired position. 2. When I turned on the main light switch for the bathroom, the GFCI adjacent to the switch would be triggered. On numerous occasions I had to reset the CFCI in order to turn on the main light switch. 3. The steam shower didn't work (even though the control unit inside the shower was operational). 4. This unit was clearly pass its prime due to its age and the visible wear. For example, the armoire at the end of the bed was meant to house a TV inside which can be raised up and down. For whatever reason, a LCD TV was fixed to the top of the armoire instead. 5. During my stay, the hotel was under construction. I saw workers with hard hat on my floor. There was also construction right when you walked into the main entrance. 6. Very pronounced smell of smoke on the casino floor. In contrast, it was much better when I visited Mandalay, Paris and Bellagio.

The views were quite nice, but noticed that the AC wasn’t circulating throughout our room so it was more on the warm side. The elevators went down at some point so walking down 14 flights of stairs was quite irksome.

The renovated room was great, the employees were great and loved the 4 updated clean pools! Need a shuttle too much for taxi! We would have back! Biggest breakfast I ever had at the Hash Hash house, plate was 18 inches long and full of yummy food!
