Room is clean. Staff are polite. No complements in the room, no single water or coffee maker. The candies, nuts and wine in the fridge are not free. There’s a note that you if you remove for over 30 seconds, you’ll be charged in your account because there’s a sensor from the base. I rather go another hotel where at least a water bottle.

Pool closed certain months. Out door pool. Hotel shouldn't charge resort fee if pool closed Rooms have started to be refurbished,badly needed. Rooms big and bed comfortable All bar staff very helpful and friendly. Reason we always go Orleans is the staff. Much better than hotels on the strip
