Sorry for the inconvenience but while we our sister properties to 45 other regency locations it is a management company not a branding standard so all properties are completely different.

Meh

Posted Oct 2, 2017
This outdated 1990’s party-plaza has uncomfortable rooms and “Minerva’s,” an overpriced typical hotel restaurant that’s an over-the-top Olive Garden rip-off. Typical outdated and disappointing interior, sad indoor recreation area, and the entire place comes complete with the odd aura of being in Stanley Kubrick’s “The Shining.” Lots of hallways and wood paneling. While at the Arrowwood, you can also rent a ball gown and get an overpriced salon perm when you’re waiting for a table so you can pay 69.00 for a beer and a steak with undercooked rice and some atrocious hipster BS sauce. They could film Hot Tub Time Machine 3 at this place.

So Sorry you did not enjoy your stay here while our building is relatively old it has been renovated every few years. If you could reach out and let me know what room your staying in. As all of our rooms have had new mattresses this year. The salon is a rented space sorry for the unpleasant experience. I'll will pass along your comments to the restaurant manager they are rated #1 in the area on all major websites so sorry you had a bad experience.

Nice stay. Didn't have time for swimming pool or microwave. Breakfast was excellent. Spacious room, comfortable bed and refrigerator. Nice view. Easy access.
