The hotel does not honor reservations

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The staff!
Location: Location is okay, but traveling to wherever is a hassle.
The hotel staff had an attitude they we were bothering them at check out time. They hide behind the wall have guests wait for minutes before coming from behind the wall. When they come to the front counter it is with an attitude and then the challenges about the reservation price and the dates of reservation. Then they over charge you and say, you really don't won't me to void the transaction and re issue it do you? One male guest was so upset he demanded a cancellation and they fought with him denying him any cancellation documents.

The staff made you feel as though ypu were home. Overall very clean and Every Staff that we spoke with was over and beyond helpful. Very Professional.

Over priced

Not what I payed for

Pros: Good location.
Cons: According to Expedia, the hotel provided Continental breakfast, however breakfast was just a couple of cookies and coffee to go.
I payed for a 2 Double Bed + 1 Sofa Bed room, however I received a 1 Double Bed + 1 Sofa Bed room. The hotel said they were packed and this was Expedia's fault/responsability. They added a twin bed to mitigate the problem. At the end, they told me I would get a 25% discount because of the inconvenient.

Good, clean place to stay

Everything was great except that the faucet in the bathroom was running and the trickling noise was a little annoying especially when it was time to sleep. The pillows are really flat but the bed was comfortable.

Incredible management and staff

When Lydia and I visited your West Palm location Extended Stay in Jan. 2018 we were skeptical having never been. We like what we like u know. Well, first off we were actually greeted n made to feel welcome. All of our questions were answered on the spot. The room was very clean and well equipped. On the following day i happen torun into the manager and decided to take the time to let him know what a courteous,knowledgeable team he has. After talking with him for 2 min i knew why they were so kind,helpful and clean. Great mgmt=grt staff=happy guests. Impressed!!!

Expensive Dump
