Pros: The peace and quite.
Cons: The closet door didn't latch and we couldn't get the bathroom clothes line to open.
Location: The Flagler museum was the most interesting we've seen and we have been to many mansions.
We used the beautiful pool twice a day. the breakfasts were delicious and varied.

Pros: Quaint property. Very well maintained.
Cons: Nothing
Location: In a historic district, which is perfect for walks around the neighborhood, looking at the beautifully refurbished cottages and old houses.
Perfect quiet "mini-cation" from the hectic Miami life.

Just the finest BnB you could wish for!

Posted Jun 30, 2017
Pros: Close to everything... City place is 10 minutes away, the beach is 15 minutes, but since the rooms and the pools are so nice, you never have to leave!
Cons: Nothing I could think of aster a week!
Location: See above!
Like a Spanish fairyland, the rooms are beautiful, spacious and well-appointed, the cottages are to DIE for, and the staff are the most knowledgeable, helpful and friendly hosts I have ever known. Breakfasts are prompt and delicious too!

Watch which room you get!

Posted Apr 27, 2017
We stayed in the Garden Room. While pretty looking, there were several problems with the room that would prevent me from coming back. First, when we walked in, the room smelled musty and of cleaning products. I did not raise that with the staff member who walked me in, because I assumed that, once I turned on the air and the ceiling fan, the smell would go away. That was a mistake, because, when I got back from dinner, the smell was still there and no one answered the phone. (BTW: no phone in the room, I had to call on my cell phone.) As the evening progressed, the room got appreciably warmer. There was no temperature control for the room other than turning the one ceiling fan, which we already had on high. I called the front desk and had to leave a message. No reply and no action taken. Additionally, with this room right off the pool, there was noise from people using the pool until the late evening. Further, there was someone in the room immediately above us, whose steps around the room were loud downstairs in our room, the Garden Room. That continued until after 12:30AM. Also, breakfast was (billed as - we didn't partake) a continental breakfast buffet, which is not what I am used to for a B&B. Compare the (slightly moire expensive) Casa Grandview, a few blocks away, where we stayed the previous month - fresh made omelets and yogurt/fruit dishes. I would not stay at this property again.

Thanks for your review, which we always appreciate. The Garden Apartment, which is one of our most popular rooms, has its AC controlled in the main house and I have to apologize that nobody was around to adjust the temperature once you realized that it was too warm. Also I wanted to clarify regarding breakfast since you didn't partake. We offer a combination of an extensive cold buffet (yogurts, fruit salad, cereals, cheeses, cakes, juices, etc) which guests can access unlimited for 2 hours and we also serve a warm breakfast once you are seated. You couldn't have known this because you had to leave early apparently. Sorry you missed out!

Cozy Bed and Breakfast

It's a great bed and Breakfast in the heart of West Palm Beach's historic district. My boyfriend and I were absolutely in love with the area. The hotel staff was so friendly and made us feel at home. We would definitely come back!

Gorgeous old florida charm

Posted Apr 20, 2017 on Hotels
Very beautiful little property, I have not seen a place like this before, they really did a great job of keeping an old florida theme going and the rooms are very nice. Very clean and the owner showed us to our room and gave us some maps of the area so we could find our way easier. We will stay again.
