DIDN'T FEEL SAFE!!!

Posted Aug 25, 2017
Pros: the weekend kitchen staff. They were the only ones smiling and helping
Cons: Cameras on all entrances. Have Ranajoy and Jonathan take customer service training. Cleaning lady should stop asking if we need our room to be cleaned
Location: beaches, waterpark
I'll make this story short. w have 3 rooms booked in this hotel. It was a Saturday night in room 521, (where my aunt and kids are staying). We decided to have dinner/movie in their room. On our way to their room, it smelled like MARIJUANA. it clearly stated that it's 100% non smoking. I called front desk (Richard, the night manager) He said, he will check on it. Nothing happened. I called again, and he said he will take care of it. Apparently he called room 523 and told them it's smelling in the hallway. The guests (which is now around 12 people in the room) started spraying room spray to disguise the smell. We had kids in our room and we were still smelling it. I decided to go to the front desk. On my way down, there are 6 more people coming from the back elevator. When I got downstairs, I told Richard and Jonathan (night shift front desk) that I will call the cops if they don't do anything. Richard told me he'll handle it, again. So he called the room and asked the registered customer to come down, apparently, the customer was debating or questioning Richard and all I heard from Richard was "come down NOW!". First, no matter how wrong is the customer, you will never talk like that to the customer. So now, this man came down and spoke with Richard, all I heard was giggling. Now I know why Richard doesn't want me to call the cops, he knows the guests personally. No Doubt. NEED more cameras on all entrances. Employees have no clue on who's going in and ut the hotel.

Not a great stay

Posted Aug 10, 2017
Pros: Barely nothing
Cons: A lot needs to be done. Treat the customer better ect
Location: Location and things near by were fine. I wish I had taken the photos of the bath. But I did not unfortunately.
Staff not too friendly. Bathroom dirty when we got inn. We stayed for 8 days and had breakfast ones. No disposible plates was available to take breakfast to my family in their room. Bed was not comfortable at all. A dishwasher in the room was not functioning well... Overall this is the first time and it will the last at Hilton

It was a very good stay. The hotel was very conveniently located. The room was excellent with a lot of room and very clean. The breakfast was very good with a different variety each day. Overall it was great.
