The worst hotel experience I ever had...Roaches!

Pros: It was close to the airport.
Cons: Just about everything to be honest.
The title says it all. I'm not a person who frequents 5 star hotels. I try to find the best place to stay for the money. This was just horrible. For starters, there was mold at the base of the tub and on the edge of the door. Many of the outlets were broken. Everything in the room outside of the refrigerator, was unplugged. The a few towels had hair on them. I guess the biggest issue was that there was roach sightings on a regular basis. I had to put my suitcase on top of the armoire. This was a disgusting hotel. I would have left but I was tired, only there for a night and didn't feel like going through the process of looking again. There are better options than this.

There is room for improvement

Pros: Reasonable prices.
Cons: Room housekeeping and telephone in the room working, specially to be able to contact the front desk.
Location: Good locations! Near to the downtown area, to the train station and to the main highway.
We checked in on a Monday and just until Thursday our room was serviced by housekeeping, The telephone in the room was not working. Besides those two things, everything else was good.

Friendly staff at a low end hotel/motel

This is a low budget hotel type establishment. The first room I was given had a serious roach problem which resulted in me being assigned a different room. The second room that I was given was better in that regard, however, it was missing a sitting chair that was present in the first room and the desk/table chair was badly stained. I had to switch the desk/table chair of the second room with those from the first room. The front desk, maintenance and cleaning staff were friendly and very accommodating. Furthermore, the maintenance supervisor always seemed to be upbeat and go out of his way to assist during our stay. The front desk folks were also very helpful and friendly. Also the cleaning folks were quite helpful. With all of that being said, when we returned to our room after going offsite for a few hours, we found the cover binder of a writing/drawing tablet ripped almost off of the book. We also discovered that one of our backpacks had been opened, where it was left closed, and rifled through. I brought this up to the attention of the front desk and requested that the property manager contact me. The first time that I complained about this I was told that the manager had not arrived yet due to weather conditions. The second time I was told that she was at lunch. This I found quite unacceptable. I was hoping to leave a generous tip for the cleaning staff, but after this incident with our room I could not. We also could not leave early and get a refund.

Was given a room that was already occupied. The replacement room was clean and organized but had no towels, a missing lamp on the ceiling (wires sticking out of the wall) and the AC smelled bad.

Dirt ball hotel near airport

Pros: I liked checking out.
Cons: Everything needs improving. Need to kick out squatters.
Location: Close to the airport. Don't venture around the hotel after dark.
There were people living at this hotel. The residence were loud. Lots of deals going on in the parking lot. I would NOT bring children any where near this place. Room was lousy, stinky, loud. Staff is less than helpful and there are lots of people watching.

Centrally located to WPB and attractions.

The staff was great and extremely accommodating. For the price our stay was comfortable. I would suggest bringing your pillow from home if you are staying with more than two adults. The second bed in the room had little miniature pillows. The location was convenient for our purposes but it didn't seem like a nice part of town. All things considered we had a pleasant stay.
