Property is just about what I expected, but a bit better. Staff are excellent - very friendly. The hotel has pretty much everything you need with quick access to it all...and they allow pets for a reasonable fee. No complaints!

We have stayed here several times. The most recent stay April 2024, we have an issue with ants in the room. They were on the countertop sink and even some of the furniture. Very small and no one in the family showed bites, just not what you want to deal with while on vacation.

Didnt have gr8 amenities except for the pool, which was vool. Mo Sauna. Mot really a full breakfast. You had to make it yourself, wFfle maker, bread, powdered eggs, ver greasy bacon and Sausage. Not gr8. Area feels not the safest. I wouldn't walk alone. Mot as described. For the money not worylth it.

For being an older property, it was well maintained, and the staff were attentive and supportive. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was divine. Also, the all day coffee machine was a good idea.

Loved the pool! Great Breakfast!
We had a great stay at the Best Western University Inn & Suites! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable! My girls loved the pool & hotub! The breakfast was really great! I was well presented and also had A LOT of variety! We will definitely visit again!

Very quiet, hardly any guests when we stayed there. Pool and workout room is open 24 hours - that's different. Above average hotel breakfast with eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, waffle machine, cereal, bread/bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, juices, etc. Very polite woman running the breakfast. Also the front desk staff when we checked out was very friendly. The guy who checked us in at like 9 pm wasn't so great. The door was locked, and we stood outside for several minutes waiting to get in. He was on the phone. He saw us after a couple minutes and held up a finger to wait, and after a few more minutes let us in and said nothing about it. Very abrupt and maybe not very happy to be there. Not terrible, but not great either.

We do our best to ensure guests have a positive experience and i apologize the night person didn't provide you with the best service. Our doors lock at 9pm each night and we have an intercom system or you can call us directly to be let in. Great hotel
I've stayed several nights here and have absolutely no complaints. Service is great. The hotel is clean. Breakfast is delicious. Very comfortable and homey. Will definitely stay again.

A little noisy but that involved soccer teams. Breakfast was very hot and fresh. However, no bacon on day 2!!! Biscuits and gravy very good. Staff was very very good. Appreciated their assistance.

Propèty was dated and old. Carpet old and stained in rooms. Pool area was clean and modern. Breakfast was larger with many selections . Desk and housekeeping staff were helpful with average customer service. Breakfast staff was very cordial and went above to please customers.

Loved how clean and convenient this place was for my family and I . The breakfast was great and very good. The only downfall was that we wanted to enjoy the indoor pool and it was closed due to some cleaning and upgrades for the 3 night we were their . But overall I would be staying here anytime i visit the area.
