Great hotel. We were here during Easter and there were a lot of great kid stuff today. Gym and pool also good.

It's really nice, conveniently located near Feira da Lua and parks, but I don't consider it a 5 star hotel: very old furniture, and services are consistent with 3-4 stars hotels around the world.

Nice Pool, childcare and a kids playground

Nicely located near the Feira da Lua square. The hotel provides childcare and several activities for kids. The hotel is old, but were renovated somehow. Carpets are old, though.

Loved the people, disliked the infrastructure. Dated, antiquated and in some cases in disrepair. Not a five star overall, but a 5 star in quality of service and attention to the customer.
