Pros: ROOM SIZE, SINK IN BATHROOM, COMFORTABLE BED AND HEATER THAT WORKED WELL AND WAS NOT NOISY. GREAT BREAKFAST
Cons: KNOW YOU CANNOT CONTROL THE WEATHER BUT PARKING LOTS AND SIDEWALKS SHOULD HAVE BEEN SALTED EARLIER.
Location: ONLY THERE FOR ONE NIGHT- LOCATION CLOSE TO INTERSTATE AND STORES
IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. IT WAS A LITTLE MORE THAN WE USUALLY SPEND BUT WAS WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Overall pleasant experience, was not a fan that the adults supervising children in the pool wasn't enforced. We waited and went down to the pool around 10 pm thinking we would be able to relax and use the hot tub without children around, we had about 5 minutes alone and then 4 children came in without and adult, were chasing each other and yelling and one was jumping in and out of the hot tub about every minute.

Nice clean hotel

Stayed over for one night with my wife and in-laws. The hotel check in was smooth. The Wi-fi was excellent. Hotel folks provided us with extra coffee, cream, sugar. The bathroom was clean and stocked. Breakfast was a standard fare with good taste. Service was also prompt and helpful. Overall a good experience and will recommend it for others.

I only stayed a night but everyone was nice, the room was clean and breakfast was good.

Average hotel, good breakfast.

Hotel was decent, room service wasn't very good, poor room cleaning job, left us with no towels, heard other people complaining about room service. Pool is very small and was overcrowd both nights we stayed. Breakfast buffet was good and had a big selection but is in a very small room and gets very crowded, also limited seating to eat.

Nice hotel

It was a great experience stay in the hotel with some family members. The staff was excellent. Breakfast was good taste. My children enjoy the pool that is perfect for younger kids. I will stay again there if I travel to buffalo again.

Old Style hotel

Not quite up to the usual Hampton Standard. The walls were so thin I could hear the TV in the next room. The windows are small.

Great place.

Couldn't ask for a better spor to stay. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Location pretty good easy to get around.
