Our room had alot of things wrong. The uce maker didn't work. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off. The rack to hang the towels was coming off the wall. I had my daughter with me and there was broken glass in the bowls. The staff was definitely great.

have used this property for many years. This is the first time the pool water was a bit cloudy. Though we were there in mid winter and it was cold out, the room was too warm, even with the air conditioner running. We advised as we departed in the morning and they were going to send someone to check it out. Room was clean, quiet other than a few moments of people being loud in the hallway late at night. Staff pleasant.

Nice hot tub!
We really enjoyed the large hot tub! The rooms had nice kitchenettes, too. Great location for Springfield attractions.

Wonderful time.
My husband and I had a wonderful time. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was attentive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Once checked in, we went to our room which had a strong odor of curry. When asking to move rooms, we were told no other room was available. We were refunded and went a half mile to a new Marriott! Best decision of the day!

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable enough. Only complaint about the beds is the mattress cover and bottom sheet kept slipping off. The heating/cooling unit is extremely noisy. Bathrooms were clean and ample amount of amenities were available. hallway carpeting needs replacing and the walls. On our floor, there what appeared to be a homeless person, or someone who didn’t belong there, sitting on the floor and randomly walking around

Unfortunately… 4 day, 3 night trip turned into being only able to shower on our last day. Property had issues with their hot water and the staff failed to communicate that to their guests.

Surprisingly well-equipped kitchenette.
The property was chosen for price, location, pool & kitchenette. Although the accommodations were a wee bit tired and not brand spanking new, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was surprisingly wonderfully equipped for making and eating meals. Unfortunately, I forgot my swimsuit but my husband enjoyed two morning swims. Hotel is very close to restaurants, shops, movie theater and a few short minutes to the Eastern States Exposition Center. It was a great choice for ease of coming & going from a several day horse show.
