Nothing exceptional

Pros: The location was good. There was restaurants and shopping in close proximity.
Cons: Time to update/renovate. The continental breakfast really left much to be desired. Providing foods other than cold cereal and waffles would be better.
Location: There is shopping and restaurants less than a mile away.
We were given our first room but the air conditioner was literally screaming. It needed repaired. We asked to be moved and were accommodated right away. The room was not the cleanest. It really needs a remodel/update. Our room was a no smoking room but there were cigarette burns in the bedspread. The continental breakfast was not as expected at all. The only offerings were carbohydrates and dairy. The only hot item was a waffle maker. We were really disappointed because this is one reason we booked this hotel.

You ask for a non smoking and the hole place smoke. My son and I had breathing problems from the smoke.

Hotel shoud be close

My stay there wos hareble stained white were yellow room was durty smell harable .halls smell like sigaret and it supose to be smoke free hotel is the law in mass breakfast wos harable no plaites no milk or coffe bout they say that come with room discusted

The non smoking rooms are just as bad as the smoking rooms. The beds were uncomfortable and the noise from other rooms were loud. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere else.

Employees were rude. Two of us traveling on business, they gave us a single king room, and would not change it to two beds.
