Dated, but clean

This hotel is in need of a remodel. The floor in the bathroom had broken loose from the under payment. It shifted underfoot. The elevator was serviceable but noisy. If you are travelling on I-215 it is an easy off-on. For us, this was a last minute reservation, if I had had the time, I would have passed. The pictures of the hotel are a bit midleading.

Nice Stay

Pros: Free wifi, clean room, movie channels, big Tv
Cons: Lamps, they looked worn, one was missing a light bulb.
Location: Close to the freeway which was great!
Room was clean, the lamps could have been updated as they looked a little worn but other than that, it looked and felt clean which is the most important for me! I liked that they had some good movie channels and free wifi.

Just don't Go THERE!

Pros: Bad
Cons: Everything
The room was falling apart! The nightstand drawer would not stay closed and we would constantly hit body part on it. The office chair was shredding. The a/c could only be turned down so far. We could hear every noise including every "ding" from the elevator. Not worth the money!

My wife and I never got checked into the hotel.

My wife and I went to the front desk and the lady working at the desk was very rude. She was stressed out which I understand, when the hotel is busy. We reserved our room through expedia. And gave her our conformation #. And she wanted an additional credit card to hold while we stayed at your hotel. We did not have another card besides the one we used through expedia. So she told us she couldn't help us. We drove from Las Vegas and had to sleep in our car until the next morning so we could go back home. it was horrible! I believe it was the worst customer service I have ever seen

OK Hotel, but not in the best neighborhood

Pros: Inexpensive and within walking distance to restaurants.
Cons: Cleanliness
Location: There is a Mexican restaurant next door and we went to a Vietnamese restaurant across the street which was tasty, but had poor service.
Check-in here went smooth and they gave me the room I requested facing the parking lot so I could keep an eye on my truck. When we got in the elevator I noticed that one of the cleaning staff just left a cart of dirty towels unattended in the elevator. Not the best first impression. The room was OK except that the filter for the AC unit hadn't been cleaned in ages. I had to remove it myself and rinse it off in the shower. The location was close to shops and restaurants, but the neighborhood isn't the best and there were a lot of sketchy looking people around glaring at my wife. I also noticed a pile of empty beer cans in the parking lot. This is why I insisted on a room where I could keep an eye on my vehicle. There was a free breakfast with a variety of choices but which wasn't very good actually. Anyway, our stay was uneventful and I can't exactly say it was bad, but if I had to chose again I would pick a better neighborhood east of the I-15.

Salt lake city utah/ west valley utah la quinta

So we arrived late. No big deal. I noticed when i was checking out the amenities online it said the pool area, fitness area were 24 hours. However when we arrived the signs read 8 am to 10 pm on both fitness and pool areas. I was bummed. When i stay at a hotel i like to use the fitness and or pool area real early in the am or real late at night. To stay away from loud children. I want relaxation time. Not have water splashed in my face or have to listen to someone else's child scream. I am an adult not a child.

Good value for my dollar.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe with this hotel. The location was in a nice area of town. The staff were efficient when checking me in and out. The room could stand a little TLC as the closet door did not shut properly. Breakfast had a nice selection of items. Overall I was very satisfied with the facility.

Wouldn't stay here again

The hotel is old and very hot. My room was stuffy and hot and took forever to cool down. The bathroom towel bar was barely hanging on the wall. Not impressed at all.
