Staff seemed inconvenienced during the check in process. Impatient and didn’t really give clear instructions so they were annoyed when I asked questions. We asked a different staff member where the stairs were and got “yes” as an answer and then she walked away. The first floor hallway smelled like cat urine. The room was functional and fairly clean. Having the fridge was nice. There is construction next door but that’s no fault of the hotels although it would have been nice to know prior.

I tried to cancel my reservation over a month in advance due to having surgery & being unable to make my trip. The staff was so Disrespectful, would not cancel & still charged me, even though Expedia was willing to cancel the stay. Highly Unrecommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff, construction right next to hotel is inconvenient as far as access to parking lot and the noise in the morning but I get that renovations and expanding happens, it won't last forever. Would stay here again for sure, worth the price.
