With Englewood Beach located less than half a mile south, this sunny home in West Yarmouth is a place to enjoy the simple pleasures of a Cape Cod summer - walking or riding bikes to the beach, soaking up the sunshine in the enclosed backyard, and spending your evenings roasting s'mores around the firepit.

Step inside to find hardwood floors and large picture windows that frame the porch and the neighborhood out front and the grassy yard and patio out back. The sunny living room has a flatscreen cable TV and leather sofas to welcome you back from the beach, and leads into a well-appointed kitchenette with a minifridge (no freezer), a full-size oven and stove, a microwave, a toaster, coffee maker, and an eat-in table for four. But you'll likely spend most of your time outside in the summer sun, dining at the outdoor table on the patio, playing tag in the enclosed yard, and telling stories around the firepit at night. Additional amenities include free WiFi throughout the house.

The garage area acts as an additional entertainment room with a sink, fridge, sofa, and a few games in there.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
