Uncomfortable beds. The breakfast was pretty weak. It is in a good spot though.
We loved staying at the cabins. Very close to West Yellowstone Entrance. The cabin we stayed in was awesome with many amenities. We only stayed one night, but these cabins are set up for an extended stay. We loved the modern facilities, and everything was in brand new condition.
Nothing fancy, but clean, conveniently located, and well cared for.
Very convenient both to the Yellowstone north entrance and Gardiner. Spacious and quiet. Minimally equipped. It would have been nice to have a small amount of dish, dishwasher and laundry soap.
I think it was a nice place to stay for the price. I would stay there again AND would recommend it. We walked to dinner each night.
At check in, we were told we were upgraded, but no details on what that meant (room 218 in the annex). As we unlocked the door, we see a typical hotel room with a full size bed. Thinking there was a mistake, since there was 4 of us, we were about to go back to the front desk. My daughter walked further ...
This hotel has a nice view of the river, and is very close to the Northern Entrance of Yellowstone. The room was clean and comfortable.
The park isn't open yet, but the area is still pretty and lots to drive around and see. The price was great due to the off season. Id stay here again.
We came up to bike in Yellowstone and the hotel was quiet and well kept. We were thrilled they let us check in early and that they had covered parking. Definitely will look into staying here in the future!
The room is fair according to the price! Amenities are great and also the breakfast. In general, it’s a fair hotel per the price.
Great! Place to stay. Very clean. Very friendly. Wonderful service!
Very close to the park close to restaurant nice and clean beautiful place to stay
"Best Vacation Ever!" was the quote from our 8 year old. The hotel itself was good, the staff was amazing! Each one of them was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They helped us with everything we needed, and even gave us tips and suggestions about what to see around town, in Yellowstone Park, ...
We came to Island Park for a snowmobile weekend, the room was beautiful and vary spacious, so we had plenty of room to dry our clothes. We will be back.
Our stay was perfect. Great value and the staff friendly and helpful. We will be back.
A charming and unique place to stay. I loved our tipi and its decor, the piles of comfy linens to keep us warm during the cold night, conversing with other guests at the bonfire, and the beautiful views of the surrounding hillside.
Nice area. Camping with the messy details taken care of. Don't miss the 1959 Hebgen Lake Earthquake Visitor's Center if you are interested in geology.
The first thing to understand is that this is a HOSTEL and not a hotel. Some other reviews I saw seemed to not understand this. I stayed here in June 2017 for a couple nights while visiting Yellowstone. I was traveling alone. You can't beat the price here - this place is great if you're traveling ...
