Nice and comfortable!

Pillows were awesome! Slept like I have never slept in years. And, the front desk clerk, at check in, was very curtious.

Nice and clean and hot breakfast

This is my second trip to yelllowstome and my second time staying in West Yellowstone. Although many of the hotels/inns at West Yellowstone provides complementary breakfast not all of them do a very good job. Clean rooms and hot breakfast are all I could ask for. Will stay there again!

Great location

Best Western Desert Inn Satisfied with Best Western Desert Inn. Location to Yellowstone, cleanliness and staff were A+. Breakfast was also great. The only thing that was ‘okay’ was room 108’s location next to the pool. There was this frequent noise probably from the jacuzzi/pool pump? I am a deep sleeper and always travel with my ear plugs so it wasn’t a huge issue for me. Just a heads up to future customers. All in all, would stay at Best Western Desert Inn again if I’m in the area.

Our stay was excellent. The room was clean and staff were friendly. We especially enjoyed the breakfast; they were very busy, but the staff kept everything filled and hot. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Reserved 1 day, easily changed to 2 days with a pet. Nice and quiet.

You are in the wilderness, but

The hotel is clean and staff friendly. Breakfast was good. But the WiFi barely worked and more than half of the cable channels listed weren’t working.

Rooms were fine, though they could use more counter space. Free breakfast had different selections each day which was nice.

Upgrade needed

The hotel was ok but it is ready for a remodel. The hallways had a slight odor. The hotel staff wasn't overly friendly. The continental breakfast was a 3.5 stars and the dining area was clean.
