The hotel was very conveniently located near the western entrance to Yellowstone and close to the downtown of the city. The hotel offers a decent hot breakfast; there’s something for everyone. Parking is tight and barely adequate. Overall, a decent stay for one night.

Great option for staying in West Yellowstone!
In the heart of West Yellowstone, this was one of the many options available. Rooms a basic and affordable. The staff is terrific and it is located within walking distance of the heart of town. Breakfast is served each morning. There is also an RV park located on the property.

Very average aging hotel with decent beds but a lot of dust on surfaces, very expensive for what you get which is basic. Very uncaring check-in lady. We are both in our seventies and travelling with a lot of luggage for several months. We arrived around 3pm and saw about 3 cars in front of rooms. We asked for a ground floor unit as there is no lift. She said we were on the top floor and they were booked out. I can’t believe she could not change our room to save us lugging heavy luggage up stairs but that is what we had to do with a lot of stress and effort. Really uncaring and unconcerned. Bad memories of this hotel.

Thank you for staying with us. I am glad you enjoyed our beds, breakfast, and wi-fi Mid/summer does allow for a lot people people in our town and we do get busy. Our rooms are normally in amazing shape. “Normally”. So as far as dust on the desk we must have missed it. We will work more and hope you enjoyed your YNP experience.
