close to Yellowstone Park.

Pros: proximity to Yellowstone Park
Cons: Beds, ice machines for their customers use
Location: Lots of small shops and close to Yellowstone Park.
Over priced for a hotel of the class but they can charge these rate because of how close they are to Yellowstone.Room was okay, beds were well used since you could see dips in the mattress. Staff wasn't flexble on use of ice machine. we had only a small cooler but still could use the ice for it. EVERY hotel needs a ice machine for their guests coolers, that's why we spend the nights, we are traveling and almost all have coolers. Free breakfast was sort of free, you have to pay for drinks, and pay the tax and tip. That was odd but doable.

Dissappointed to say the least

Posted Sep 13, 2017
Electrical outlets not accessible due to position of bed, one outlet would not hold the plugs. Had three in a room but breakfast only for two, then had to pay for beverages. Long wait to get in to breakfast due to shortage of staff, same checking out. Breakfast not that great either, ate elsewhere which added to cost of trip. No business center. Not worth the price paid. Will not recommend and will not stay there again.

Nice hotel just outside the Yellowstone West entr.

Posted Sep 10, 2017
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Fine as is.
Location: Great location immediately proximate to the West Gate of Yellowstone and handy to the geysers.
Great experience after a very long day in the car (had come all the way from Keystone, SD; (Mt. Rushmore). Clean, restful room with good beds & A/C. Desk recommended a good restaurant down the street for our late dinner, and it was a good choice. Enjoyed a nice breakfast in the hotel the next morning.

Bed bad, breakfast bad, toilet low, pillows horrible,. Checked out a day early. Price of everything was high. Yellowstone itself was great but can't imagine the crowds in July.
