Had a great experience overall. Of course it isn’t a five star but works great for what we needed. We had a clean room for 8 people, beds were comfortable, shower had hot water and worked well, also had microwave and a fridge in the room. The day we checked out we still asked to use the microwave at the lobby and had coffee and hot water for tea available there.

Loved that it was just down the street from the West entrance gate of Yellowstone. Didn't like the bathtub drain not working and filling up with water as I took a shower.

Our stay was ok. Very 'modest' room for the price, but very nice, affable and efficient stuff and rooms are clean. Every day we were seeing the rooms being cleaned and linens changed immediately after a room was vacated. The big plus also is the fact that this hotel is located very close to the entrance to the Yellowstone National park and restorants, stores and gas stations

We paid $189 plus tax and it was very expensive. Maybe you get what you pay for. If another hotel at same price I would check them out. No coffee maker, ice only available at lobby.

The exterior of the property and check in experience made me doubt the overall experience of the stay, but we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and general atmosphere of the room. Would definitely stay here again, great location to Yellowstone park entrance and price point for the brief stay.

Older hotel but clean and convenient
Clean and comfortable older hotel one block from restaurants, shopping, and grocery store. Not all rooms have frig and microwave so request a room when making reservations if you need these items. No breakfast but coffee in office available in the morning.

The staff was extraordinarily helpful. The bathroom was pretty cramped but had pretty good towels, washcloths, etc. We missed having a fridge and microwave and found the cable news selection limited to right wing conservative news programs. Location is very convenient to well rated restaurants and tourist shops and to Yellowstone National Park.

It's old but clean and comfortable. You have to pay a premium to stay this close to Yellowstone Park. But you are just a block or two from the entrance or gas or food or shopping.

My room had dirty blankets and the staff kept harassing us about checking out at 11 am when it was 10:45. Make sure you call ahead to reserve a room with a microwave and fridge. Not all the rooms have amenities. Super close to the park entrance which is great. Walking distance to shopping and food.

The Dude & Roundup Motel says that it upgraded the rooms. That is a true statement. The bathroom had updated tile and sink amenities. However, they forgot to add a 'used' towel rack to either the wall or back side of door. Sink space was also lacking. I had to keep my toothbrush, comb, etc on the chest of drawers outside of the bathroom. Otherwise the room very nice. The best part of staying at Dude & Roundup is the easy walk to the main drag with all the stores and restaurants and they provide individual parking for each room.

It’s an older motel, but it’s been maintained and kept up. No coffee in room, no refrigerator, and couldn’t find any ice machine. Comfortable and perfect access to Yellowstone.
