Housekeeping

The housekeeper didnt even clean the room, with all the dirty towels on the floor, she just put them back on the table. The room is totally not clean up, also the blanket were not change but arranged. Never seen that happened before.

$150 for nothing

Don't know what it was like. Snow blocked our way and Expedia would not let us cancel. $150 for nothing! Had to rate it just to submit the review.

To pricey for lack of breakfast items. Pop and juice machines not working. Noisy through walls. No parking close to room.

good hotel but overpriced with terrible mattress

We stayed here for 4 nights and overall it was okay, it's close to the park entrance. The hotel is really overpriced for the condition it is in. The rooms are very noisy and outdated with old and really uncomfortable mattresses, you pretty much roll into the middle all night, we paid an average of $200 a night and it should have been no more then $50-$70 a night.

Home base for our travels

The first leg of our trip had us staying in West Yellowstone for 4 nights. We found the Gray Wolf Inn & Suites a wonderful place to call home for our stay. The suite gave us the ability to store food and snacks for our day trips into Yellowstone park. We found no issues getting around the town from the suite.

Clean and nice rooms.

Pros: clean room
Cons: sound insulation between rooms
Rooms are clean and "recent". Breakfast is ok and is a buffet-style. only bad thing: We could clearly hear the neighbour's TV in the evening.

Great location

We were right across from the Wolf discovery center. We walked into town. Great restaurants and shops. We were right outside the west yellow stone gate. It could not have been a better spot!

Close to Yellowstone

Pros: Proximity to Yellowstone Park
Location: Fantastic location. Try the Pancake house
We were very pleased with the family suite in this hotel. The space is very large and has a full kitchen. This was a great place to day trip into Yellowstone each day. The breakfast is adequate, but the same every day. The pool and hot tub are small but fine - just enough for an end of the day swim.

Nice hotel close to Yellowstone National Park

Pros: I liked how close it was to Yellowstone National Park. I loved our room on the front corner on the 3rd floor. We had a great view of the mountains.
Cons: The breakfast could be improved.
Location: The location was great. You could walk to their downtown to all the shops and restaurants.
We had a very nice room on the corner with two windows. We could see the mountains from one of the windows. The king size bed was very comfortable. West Yellowstone is a cute little town and minutes away from the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The breakfast wasn't the greatest but it was ok.We would definitely stay in this hotel again.
