Interesting decor in lobby.

Posted Sep 23, 2017
Pros: The decor and its history.
Cons: The sink problem.
Location: Favorable location near the park, but we did not do much in the city.
The room was good except for the tiny bathroom. The sink was a real problem to use. Too shallow to use without spilling water.

Good, modern choice.

Posted Sep 20, 2017
Pros: Clean, neat, friendly. Laundry room was a big plus. Good location.
Cons: Awful, thin sponge blankets combined with balky heating system made for uncomfortable nights. Who invented the sponge blanket? Why?
Location: This is Yellowstone, for heaven's sake. The possibilities are endless, see photo. But bring your bear spray.
Clean and up-to-date. Great staff. Generally nice feeling to the place. Clearly a cut or two above most places in town. Did not notice the indoor parking until the last morning! Cheap blankets were a problem.

A great place for what it is intended for...a place to sleep and shower while visiting Yellowstone. The staff was pleasant, the dude tacking care of the breakfast area was fantastic. The breakfast was quite good. It is a 2.5 star hotel, but staff are great and the place is clean with a decent breakfast. Would recommend. Don't expect a resort, but do expect a good experience.

Historic downtown West Yellowstone Inn

Posted Sep 18, 2017
The Stagecoach Inn offers a solid base for exploring Yellowstone National Park. Amenities were clean and well maintained. Wi Fi signal was strong. Decor is of Native American, wildlife, and Yellowstone themes. Continental breakfast and the staff member named Ralph were a welcome experience each morning.

Good hotel in a convenient location

Posted Sep 17, 2017
The hotel is in the town of west yellowstone, which is a nice stop during our visit to the yellowstone park. We were recommended to go to a nearly restaurant called "three bears", which is also quite nice. The hotel itself is in good condition, provides continental breakfast, and has many stuffed animal in the lobby. The staff members at the reception desk are efficient and provide good informaiton, though they might be stern at times. Overall I think this is a good place to stay if you are in west yellowstone.

Not Worth The Money

Posted Sep 16, 2017
Pros: Proximity to Yellowstone NP entrance.
Cons: Room cleanliness. Air conditioner operation. Customer service training for hotel staff.
Location: Hotel is within easy walking distance for restaurants and shops.
The room was dirty. The air conditioner did not work properly and the room overheated several times. They lock up the ice machine at 10:00 PM for no apparent reason. Do they think people are going to steal ice? The machine is indoors. When I told the hotel staff that I was very unhappy with the room, she just said, "Oh". She never asked what problems I had or if she could alert hotel manager of any issues. She just didn't seem to care. This place is definitely not worth the money.

Loved it!

We completely fell in love with the Stage Coach Inn and West Yellowstone. The hotel is in a great location and an easy walk (just a couple of blocks) to all the shops. Lots of history with the hotel! Would definitely recommend it for your Yellowstone stay.

Ok hote within walking distance to restaurants

Posted Sep 12, 2017
Pros: Staff and location
Location: Enjoyed dinner at Serenity and visiting the bear & wolf centre
Staff pleasant and helpful but hotel needs a Reno. Walls in room need painting to overcome the dirty appearance and the rugs throughout the entire hotel need replacing as did my saggy mattress.

We love staying here but the pool was not working

Posted Sep 11, 2017
We got there on Friday after a long drive and my kids were very disappointed that the pool was not operational. Otherwise, it was fine.
