Tv was from the 80's and it didn't work. Door had a huge gap. Couldn't control the water temperature in the shower, knob was held together with a screw. Bed was hard.

2 rooms, same price, very different amenities

Pros: Location
Cons: Maintain the property
Location: Yellow stone was amazing
Room 219: Deadbolt will not work No fridge No microwave No table Free standing sink with no place to put bathroom things. Bathroom door sticks, locking anyone in who has a steamy showers. Tub did not drain probably. Wifi was slow and disconnected No ceilings fan Felt like Matrice was sloped twords my spouse Heat/AC unit was old and hard to gage temperature Room 218: Ceiling patched and not painted. Bugs Room not vacuumed on second day Tub did not drain probably. Wifi was slow and disconnected Heat/AC unit was old and hard to gage temperature No elevator to second floor

We feel were completely ripped off for what we paid for an unacceptable room condition. Advertised breakfast but they no longer serve. No microwave, no refrigerator and it was so hot and had a hard time cooling it down from a window air conditioner. Very poor water pressure....so disappointed and do not think we should have paid over 400.00 that should not have cost over 80 for two days! Bad experience!

No hair dryers - girl at desk didn't know where anything was . We had a refrigerator and microwave but our friends did not. Front desk girl didn't have a clue!when we got there we had to sign agreement that hotel was not responsible if you got hurt on their property or anything else! Stair case was rickety and did not lock and they weren't responsible if anything was stolen.
