Near train and bus stops. The Staffs were wonderful. The daily breakfast was pretty much the same every day. We were here for 2 weeks. The bathroom toilet seat was twisted and didn't flush well. The heat didn't work, however we were given a space heater. Some housekeeping staff did not understand basic English. However Anna was super great and helped us a lot. Overall, an ok stay. A budget hotel, with Arcade, cinema and restaurant across from each other.

First time ever booked a hotel from check in to relaxing was nice and easy improvements are they could have a bigger smart tv than a small tiny one as i have gaming planned but couldnt as tv didnt support 4k, also the breakfast time should be extended to 10 to 11 they say after 9 it finishes and other stuff such as checkout time is 11am i believe the time check-in starts thats the time checkout should be too but appart from these minor issues i loved the rest and staff were lovely and for a first time i can say im happy overall i would come back again.

Pleasant hotel ....
This hotel is situated next to Bradford Interchange Railway Station and has neighbors such as a cinema, bowling alley, and a number of well known food outlets. The hotel is a five minute walk from the Bradford Centre and is perfect for commuting to Leeds if the hotels their are over priced or not convenient. The hotel staff are friendly and the hotel is clean and comfortable as well as being fairly decent value with the added bonus of a breakfast on site included in the price.

Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Arrived early and able to check in straightaway as hotel was quiet that day. Breakfast was great. Comfortable, clean room. Only issue was the noise from outside the room. Could hear everything through those windows!

The room didn't have electrical sockets either side of the bed. My partner has a sleep apnea machine which needs to be plugged in next to the bed. Approached reception about it and was told that all the rooms are the same and the staff didn't have a spare extension lead so the only option was to move the bed to the other side of the room where there was just one socket that didn't work properly that I ended up having to report back to reception. The breakfast offerings were just bacon, beans and scrambled eggs and I felt there should have been more hot cooked items like tinned tomatoes, mushrooms and hash browns. Apart from the above problems, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great times, great friends and a lovely stay
Great hotel, great staff, breakfast was really good both days even though the hotel was really busy. The room was very clean, bed was really comfortable and it wasn't really warm in there...I hate that. I even had a fan ( I have one on to sleep as was delighted. The hotel was really easy to find , parking was easy and very cheap, just £3 for 48hrs. If I returned to Bradford at any time I'd happily stay here again

Place was fairly clean&tidy a various nice continental breakfast but 1 of the lifts kept on getting stuck reported it & but wasn't fixed after a few people had complained & a room was paid for by a friend i had met in hotel but they refused to refund me as i had bought from hotels.com

All good, comfy, friendly, cheap n easy
Nice warm room, great staff, both lifts now working, no awful other guests. Heaps better than last time ! I have to be a bit careful what I eat, so not running out of breakfast items was much better this time too _

Worse experience
The room was very very smelly, towells were smelly, room was very very cold as radiator was not hig enough to warm the big room, we sit in blankets in noight and in morning, we complanit to hotel who did not take it seriously as booking was not through them and did not advise us whete to record the complaint. Staff seriously need customer services training as they miss the magic words.....in conversations

Fair value for money.
Good points; Check in was swift. Room was a good size. Toiletries provided - handwash, shampoo, shower gel. All towels provided. Tea / coffee making facilities provided although we didn't use. Iron / Ironing board provided (we didn't use). Bathroom a good size. Bad points; No power outlets at the bedside. No USB charging points (should be standard these days). Stairwells had a slight sewerage smell. Floors in hallways spongy / noisy. No fridge in room. Bed was uncomfy. Television was small. Heating source was outdated and perhaps not very efficient. Shower screens too small and water splashes onto bathroom floor easily. Breakfast was disappointing - only sausages, bacon, beans and scrambled egg + toast on the 'full' English. Other things to note; Car parking is not provided by the hotel but by a 3rd party and it's very close - very cheap at £1.50p for 24 hours. The hotel would benefit from having signage from the car park directing you to the hotel entrance. Overall, fair value for money but not sure i'd stay again.

Stay was fine. Staff were lovely. However the access was tricky and the card readers on every door was a bit a pain. Also fried egg option would be nice

Great staff, some terrible other guests. Second list still broken. Cheap car park. Car park a bit of a walk if carrying bags. Ran out of breakfast items. Rooms decent. It's good for the money, but this stay not great to to breakfast and other (now banned I gather) guests.

Friendly staff as always (Jay was excellent as always). Breakfast wasn't as expected, jars were passed on from table to table (un- hygienic), products were in individual packs! Some cooked products werent up to the usual standard.
