Hotel in good location

I was very disappointed, I have stayed before but this time our room was joined on to one of the lifts and the noise throughout the night was ridiculous. Neither of us got much sleep so I may look for a different hotel next time. Very very disappointed.

Nice room

Pros: Close to town centre and railway station
Cons: Lower the price of the breakfast to something more affordable
Location: In the heart of the city centre. Good train links to other towns and very close to the wide array of shops that Leeds have to offer
The room was very nice and comfortable. However we only used it as a place to sleep preferring to eat out as the restaurant prices are way to high

Beautiful Hotel

Lovely hotel, room on the 8th floor beautiful, unfortunately there was a problem with the heating and aircon on this floor. It didn't really affect my stay. Breakfast lovely. Normal lifts not working, had to use service lift. Didn't have a drink in the hotel bar, as drinks much cheaper in surrounding pubs and bars.

Superb location with direct access to the station and shopping. Helpful and friendly staff. Will use hotel again for next visit to Leeds. Used to use the Marriott but the Queens is much better value, albeit there aren't any Spa facilities

Central hotel with period detail nicely restored

A great location and a good price for the single I selected three days in advance. Some old world courtesy but impacts on things like check in which was slow compared with a budget hotel

Hotel OK

Pros: Proximimety to the centre.
Cons: Breakfast. Toast machine. Introduce atmosphere on festive occasions. We felt like other guests shut away from the breakfast facilities
Location: Good location for shopping centre
Lacked any Christmas atmosphere. Breakfast at £15.00 each was the worst we ever had.We would not go back there. Even Premier Inns offer far better value.

Enjoyable stay - very friendly helpful staff. Shame they ran out of afternoon tea by 4.00pm on sat.
