Made reservation way in advance, got an email confirming the stay within the week of the reservation. Check-in was very easy. They were very attentive. Wide range of amenities. The only downfall is there isn't an ice machine. However, there are ice trays in the rooms. The room was nice, had a full kitchen and was clean and well maintained.

Evan checked us in. Our reserved room wasn’t ready as former guest was late in leaving. He suggested another room but was a queen instead of a king. The manager asked us to wait while he personally inspected the room. Then Evan checked us in. Room was perfect and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable.

We had a late flight and arrived to hotel late. Couldn't get in and nobody ar the front desk even though 24 hour check in. Called from phone in there doorway and was told charged extra night for no show even paid in advance. Finally a patron let us in and waited in lobby. We finally didn't get into our room until 6am. It was about 2 to 2 1/2 hours of waiting .I asked for compensation because the manager said she was upstairs trying to keep kids quiet. She supposedly credited my account. Upon checkout, per a different manager,I found out it went back on Expedia not my account. I did get a free night to use within a year, but not sure I want it. It was dirty, we had a broken chair, noisy with screaming man and crying baby, and a smell I am not used to.

They claim breakfast was included. My idea of breakfast is eggs or waffles and assortment of cereals and maybe some yogurt and fresh fruits. They had prepackaged muffins and oatmeal with lukewarm water. On top of that their dining room was overrun by what looked like refuges from foreign countries. In fact it was the first time I ever recalled getting a call from the front desk to make sure we made it to our room safely.

Comfortable. Clean. Nice staff. Let my husband use the employee restroom after an impromptu stop from Boston after a concert and bad weather. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Slept great. Easy in and out. Helpful staff.

Good for tournament.
Hotel is busy but met our needs for a hockey tournament weekend stay. Front desk manager super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and AC was great on a very humid and hot weekend. Parking great and easy to get around. Full kitchen which was awesome.

I arrived and gave my confirmation number for my reservation. I was told there was no reservation under my name and the number i gave was showing another individual that was already checked in. They had no available rooms and I had to find somewhere else to stay. They then proceeded to CHARGE MY CARD for the stay. I called, they said the charge was through Expedia so I had to call them. I did and Expedia confirmed the HOTEL ran my card. The Expedia rep called the hotel directly and was just told they couldn't find the reservation. He asked how they could charge me if they couldn't find a reservation and the manager HUNG UP on him. WORST experience ever and I will be as vocal as I can about how terrible and incompetent this hotel is!

The hotel is being used as a short term place for the homeless. It stinks of cigarettes, the lobby is filthy, the folks sitting in wheelchairs outside and in the lobby look like they haven’t showered in days or weeks. The women behind the desk agreed with me and said all of their hotels in this area are the same. I will be asking for a full refund and think this chain should be removed from Expedia for false advertising and NOT adhering to your standards. There is no way I could step foot in that hotel. I am now staying at a very nice Hampton Hotel around the corner.
