Friendly and Clean

I reserved the junior suite at the hotel. The receptionist was friendly and informative. She even gave us menus. Upon presentation the room was cozy and clean. I would recommend the suite to a friend.

It was a great stay. Used the gym and the pool. Had dinner at the hotel cafe and loved it. food and service throughout the hotel was great.

Clean and nice environment. Recommend to all. Very happy with the service and staff. One of the receptionists gave me a funny look when I asked her for the pantry price list. That was the only weird party of our stay.

Pros: Located close to LIRR station. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Friendly Staff. Great breakfast available for a fee.
Stayed here for one night for business. It was within walking distance to the train station and had ample parking for rental car. It is a lovely hotel with contemporary styling. Very clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! We will stay again.

Employees were rude exspecially the older women at the front desk who smelled like a ciggerett. Rooms could have been cleaner, the bathroom needed more attention. One person working at a time did not seem enough. No food until 5pm so if you misssed breakfast you needed to leave the hotel to eat. Brittany at the front desk was nice most helpful. Tried to use my hotel points they couldn't accommodate me. I'm in hotels weekly for travel and this was a below average experience. Debora Keller.

Could Not Have Asked For Better

Pros: See all of the above.
Cons: You need more staffing if you wish to continue providing such quality experiences as breakfast.
Location: The Hotel was close to The LIFE Lutheran Church in Old Westbury where they had a major event that Sunday. Thanks for the convenience.
I had one of the best nights sleeping in a hotel room in all my life! The mattress was of superior quality. The staff already had a room available when I arrived early that Sunday which provided peace of mind as to my travel bag and its contents. I had to wait a bit for my breakfast entrée but it was worth it.

Staff was great but...

I phoned prior to arrival to confirm that they had an indoor pool. I was told that hot tub was broken but pool was fine. Pool was not working when we arrived. Our grandchild was very disappointed that he couldn't use the pool. I had planned on the pool as the activity for blocks of down time before and after a family wedding.
