beautiful hotel

Pros: The rooms are spacious and clean.
Cons: breakfast
I didn't arrive until 1:30 am. The hotel staff welcomed us with open arms.

Good hotel generally

1 the breakfast is Meh, but can't complain too much about free stuff, 2 The location is pretty convenient, it's at the crossing of beltway 8 and Wertheimer, 3 the neighborhood is not that great, criminal rate does not look good. so I won't suggest walking around in the evening, if you have a car, just don't forget your stuff in the car, then you don't really need to worry about the neighborhood. 4 the staff are pretty nice, and they have gym, pool, laundry room, so convenient!!! 5 the room we got is huge, it has small living room and a tiny kitchen area. it's properly cleaned everyday, this hotel is totally worth the money

Hotel needs improvement

Was disappointed, usually Best Western is a great choice but this hotel needs some repairs/updating. Our original room had a strong musty smell so we asked to change, the staff was more than happy to accommodate. Second room was better but the closet was broken, alarm clock was broken and the maids did a poor job of cleaning everyday. Pool was nice, staff was lovely.

Decent for the price $$

For the price the stay was decent, the young lady at the front desk was very friendly, courteous and accommodating. The only negative thing about the stay was that the a/c didn't work very good and they didnt have any other available rooms for a family of 5 so we were kind of miserable throughout the night, and the hotel doesn't have an elevator. We were on the second floor but luckily our room wasn't that far from that stairs. Don't know how the breakfast was but they did offer it, we chose to go to the IHOP that's located right there by the hotel, and the location was good for where we were going it was only about 15 mins to our destination. I would stay here again
