Though our rooms do need some attention, we will be completing a full renovation this year to update all of our rooms. Great Hotel Near Shopping

The hotel staff has excellent customer service. Everyone greated me courteously with smiles and prompt service. It is obvious that they care about there guests. I will come back every time I am in Houston.

I enjoy my stay but the service from one employee was very unpleasant. I believe that we were racially profiled.

A Longhorn Returns

Outstanding as far as room and service is considered. Best walk-in shower with seat for handicapped folks. And free Starbucks coffee refills - use your same cup.
