Don't let the door knob hit you....

The stay was pretty cool, but they've started getting a little pushy about checkout time. I don't really like being called before checkout time to ascertain what my plans are. I've also been informed they hold an extra bit of money on your card these days. I think a hundred dollars worth.

Nice comfortable, clean rooms

The hotel was surprisingly clean and comfortable. Was told we couldn't get housekeeping unless we stayed 7 nights. Location was perfect, easy access to everything. I would stay here again!

The hotel is in a good location if you're driving. The staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately only one dryer out of six was working.

Do NOT stay at this hotel!

In Houston, Texas for a short vacation, found this hotel through Expedia for an average price which advertised a FREE breakfast included. The location of hotel was next to a convenient store that allowed what appeared to be illegal transactions/criminal activity. The foul odor at the hotel entrance/lobby area, room's dirty bathroom-tub, horrible or lack of housekeeping service and the worst definition of a breakfast are just a couple of reasons I will never patronize another Extended Stay in ANY state! We attempted to share our thoughts with the desk clerk, he ensured us that he would have the district manager call us to further discuss concerns however as expected no one has called. It is obvious the company doesn't care to better customers experiences. The price per night was comparable to other hotels in this area but this hotel is definitely a rip off!!! I will be calling corporate when my vacation ends. Finally, the SECURITY staff sitting in a car at the parking lot entrance is a joke - we arrived back to the hotel at about 130am, this guy just waved us through, never got off of his cell phone nor did he roll down the window to inquire if we were legit guest!!!!! Stay away from this place.....a comfortable & enjoyable stay you WILL NOT get!!!! Very Dissatified!

Nice for an expensive hotel.

Pros: Friendly staff. Helpful.
Close to shop and stores. Public transit is available if you need if. Not bad. Pretty quiet when I was there. It not bad if your on a budget and don't bind certain ammendities
