no lost and found system

Pros: the layout and location
Cons: the service system on lost and found
Location: shopping mall and business center
I'd stay at 2300 West loop st. for 2 night check out on Sunday Aug 13, about 11.45am, and i'd forgot my necklace hanging at the lamp next to the bed, and get back on 4pm at the same day, it's lost and no one focus to find it, even the manager and house keeper!!!!! Just 4 hours after until now no one help me to find it. I just want' to get some best effort from the hotel service on this?

nice having full kitchen

the room was clean if a bit worn. loved having full kitchen! continental breakfast was good coffee and granola bars...disappointing! if I needed a long term room I would use again but for one night stay, no.

It was terrible!

Pros: the location only
Cons: EVERYTHING!
Location: Great location
There was nothing in the kitchen to cook with. Not even a mug to make coffee. They clean the room once a week. The only cart they have to move the luggage has two wheels flat over three months and they don't fix it. It was not at all what I was expecting from the comments . Nothing to do with the pics and valuation.

I wasn't very excited how it felt more like a hotel as I have stayed at an extended stay in Ca is this was much different. It reminded me of an old casino hotel. I was also disappointed in the breakfast which was granola bars and coffee which was not hot. Wifi didn't work I was told to use my room number and last name however it never worked. I even went to the front desk for assistance and was told iT would have it fixed shortly, was never informed via phone by the time I checked out it still didn't work. I wouldn't recommend this Extended Stay to anyone that I knew.

Horrible Azz Hotel

Would stay here again.

Receptionist wouldnt even acknowledge I was standing in front of her trying check it. She said she was busy after I addressed her. The smell wasnt pleasant and the room didnt have a smoke detector. just a few wires hanging from the ceiling. Big nasty stains on the carpet. The curtain wouldnt even cover the window so as soon as it got light outside your room was lit.
