Easy access to highways.

At the time of our visit was after hurricane Harvey.The lobby floor was saturated from flooding and had to dry off.Our a/c unit was very noisy all nights.We didn't get hand towels and washcloth the first night.We didn't want to compliant due to the overwhelming factors and the hotel had to accommodate the local hurricane evacuees.We were out of our room all day for 2 days anyway.

We check in at 4pm, was assigned 2 rooms on the ground floor, requested to have rooms in the second floor, without even checking was told it was all full. The room we got had a stench of smell (most likely due to urine from pets, the hotel does allow for service animals). Our room was not cleaned the first night, check with the front desk, wa's told they made a mistake, however, they don't have staff to clean, (around 6pm) , the front desk just deliver new towels to us. Very bad service.

Overall great, location could use some renovations. Will consider for a future stay. Lobby area seems a bit cramped, not a huge issue.

The desk staff are awesome! They went out of their way to help, more than once. I highly recommend this hotel.
