Room was perfect, and always clean. Only complaint was how hot and humid the stairwell was, but I understand there's basically nothing they can do about that. Overall, I would come back for another visit!

Hurricane Harvey

We were displaced by hurricane Harvey and could not have asked for better accommodations. This hotel was convenient and most imporatantly is that they are pet friendly. Staff is pheonominal and helped us make the best of a bad situation. Thank you Janice !!!

Nice hurricane letter.

Pros: Clean
We checked in Friday during the hurricane before it turned and went to a level 4 hurricane. When we checked in there was a letter in the room saying there would be no staff and they expected floods and power out. AND NO REFUNDS! We left right when we got to the room And saw the letter. The area did flood, but we enjoyed the letter and did not stay.

Home away from Home

Pros: LaQuinta was very reasonable price, friendly People at the front desk and also the people at the hotel looking out for each other sharing food
Cons: Carpets in hall smell but it was raining the whole time I was here.
Location: Location was good for me close to my dad and the hotel WESTCHASE GOOD LOCATION WE FELT SAFE FROM THE HURRICANE. Wrong timing.
This hotel is like an ANGEL from Heaven, I came to visit my Sickly DAD August 2, 2017 from Seattle and got stuck in the Hurricane Harvey, I was support leave on Monday August 28, 2017 but I my flight was cancel and reschedule on Tuesday then they call me again and cancel again on and on keep on cancel until American Airline schedule my family for Saturday. I didn't have that kind of money so I talk to Ms. JANICE at the front desk and she said let me talk to the GM and the blessing came she let me and my family out. Thank you Jesus for Ms. Janice. We are able to stay until my flight leave. Thank you so much MS. JANICE AGAIN without your help we would have be sleeping outside or in the car.

Hotel close to major highways

My stay was comfortable and pleasant. The area seems a little risky. There are panhandlers around the area. However, the hotel was well lit with a security officer occasionally passing by. Overall, it was a good experience.

Friendly staff clean rooms

Pros: friendly staff
Cons: needs towels by the pool add additional linen in rooms for pull out sofa
Location: just off main highway
needs towels at poolside very good breakfast easy location for traveling
