The manager is horrible .. he rude and overly dramatic ..he is loud and just down right disrespectful how he talks to his customers ..he don't deserve that mangers position cuz he just a no go in making this company look good..he's not the one..then he told a customer to do something cuz he gets a bonus..nope not from me ..no water for a day and no face towels hotel just sad

Stay Away

The room air conditioner did not work. No room was open for us to switch to. The bathroom had no shower curtain. There was urine stains on the toilet there were not cleaned prior to us arriving.

My only problem was in order to get the room you have to go online onto Expedia.com, Here in Houston Tx we're dealing with Hurricane Harvey and everyone is trying to get somewhere safe with their family. And when you book your room online Expedia charge you and the Hotel charge you.
