Don’t stay if you are allergic to cigarette smoke

Cons: Real non-smoking rooms!
The hotel, while clean, smelled strongly of a sweet deodorizer. Our room, a non-smoking room, smelled of the deodorizer and cigarette smoke. It worse,the cigarette smell was in the bedding. Due to the Houston flooding, all hotels were booked full and we had no alternatives within or out of the hotel. We tried to sleep but couldn’t and ended up leaving before sunlight. Don’t stay here!

Blood in the Bath

There was blood in the bath tub, feces all over the toilet and holes burned in the sheets. I told the night clerk and they insisted on no refund and that the room just came that way until the saw for themselves just how awful the room's condition.

Hotel close to our venue

We spent fours driving around looking for the hotel with the staff giving us directions. Our GPS kept landing us in the neighborhood. We finally made it to the hotel and was greeted by a tight lip male worker no sympathy for the directions given. Next, Our room was pleasant and looked like the picture. But, the bathroom needs renovation. The tub had a dip in it like it would cave in. Also, their were cracks in the walll. Also, the outside pool was gross and had leaves in it and was dirty.

Front desk staff unfriendly, sink backed up, bathroom light broke. Overall, not well maintained

The manager is horrible .. he rude and overly dramatic ..he is loud and just down right disrespectful how he talks to his customers ..he don't deserve that mangers position cuz he just a no go in making this company look good..he's not the one..then he told a customer to do something cuz he gets a bonus..nope not from me ..no water for a day and no face towels hotel just sad

My only problem was in order to get the room you have to go online onto Expedia.com, Here in Houston Tx we're dealing with Hurricane Harvey and everyone is trying to get somewhere safe with their family. And when you book your room online Expedia charge you and the Hotel charge you.
