Perfect location

We chose this hotel for its location. Less than 5 minutes to the West Edmonton Mall. Our cons •one of the beds was not put together right, sit on the edge of the bed and it would tip over. •pool was small and the water was quite cold •took about half an hour to fill a bathtub •no continental breakfast served any more Our pros •next to zambelies, serves amazing Alaskan king crab legs •Walking distance to Wendy’s

Unhappy with refund policy.

Caught between Expedia and Best Western as to who would refund one night after booking for 4 nights and needing only 3. Each passed it back to the other and we never got a refund.. Very unhappy with both parties.

Good stay. Very convenient for work purposes and easy to locate. Lots of amenities close by.

Ok for the money paid. Horrible in room coffee and room arrangement very cramped and awkward.

Nice hotel but more work to do

The staff at the counter had problems checking us in and understanding our needs. Sent us to the wrong room until we insisted on being given the right room. Room air conditioner was very epileptic

Near West Edmonton Mall

Pros: We enjoyed the skyline of Edmonton.
Cons: The server at the hotel restaurant seemed like he didn't want to be there.
Location: We visited West Edmonton Mall.
We arrived early and planned on visiting the West Edmonton Mall before checking in but were able to verify that we were in the correct place. The hotel was near many fast food places to eat but you needed to drive. We had a beautiful view of the skyline of Edmonton and at night it was beautiful. We had a coupon for 15% of breakfast. However the service was very slow we waited over 30 minutes before the server came to get order and never offered us a refill on our coffee.

Pros: Not overly impressed, lady at front desk was pleasant and apologetic for having to put us in a room we didn't book.
Cons: Give people the room they booked and not sell it to someone else. At least offer something for the inconvenience they caused.
Location: West Edmonton Mall is very near by.
Was at hotel at 7:30pm to check-in. Told that fully booked and the only room they had for us was the handi-cap room. It had only a shower, no closet to hang cloths up so had to drape over chairs. Only one set of towels so had to get front desk to send more which took so long that we ended up going out and they were there when we got back. Basically since we prepaid we either took it or we had to try and find a new hotel, pay again for it and then try to get or money back from an 24 hr cancellation notice or no money returned policy. I figured they sold our room, which was already paid for, knowing that we would have little choice but to take it. There was no offer for a free breakfast etc. for our inconvenience.Will be last time I stay there and makes me thick twice about prepaying through online booking as the specific room was booked but was no guaranty to get what you think you paid for.

We were disappointed to be told you don't have cribs & then weren't offered a cot. The doors were very squeaky. Check in time was too late.
