The hotel is fairly quiet considering the location close to major streets patrons also quiet snacks reasonably priced restaurant well priced food is very good

This property was not what was represented on the web site. It looked ax if one room had been cut in half making two the walls were so thin you could hear the nieghbors tv. There was no parking available as advertised.

There were hard, crusty deposits on the duvet. Extreme banging noises on the walls from the office, early in the morning. Our room was right beside the office.

Told me i needed a major credit card for the stay, which i did not have as it wasnt stated online when booking. Took a 500 dollar deposit, which most places is 100. They were rude and all around not welcoming.

the rooms are relatively upgraded. however the commonly touched areas like the door frames etc. were noticeably dirty in the room, the staff were not very friendly and front desk day agent was very rude. when checking in 3 out of 4 of us had issues with our reservations or check in i think the girl was new but she tried to remain friendly however you could sense her frustration.

The staff were nice and very friendly and helpful. The beds in the room were uncomfortable, a little too hard for us. But other then that, nice and quiet place.

Decent place to stay at good service called to ask if the room was good as soon as we got in the room. Only con is the sheets had stains on them but overall a good place

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that coukd be different if an easier opening front door. Door is heavy and the step is not level, so carryover in luggage etc can be a bit difficult. I would recommend the hotel.

Excellent visit to Edmonton and a great stay at the Comfort Inn. Staff was really friendly, property was very clean and well taken care of. Price for the stay was great too for the location. Will visit again for sure!

You get what you pay for really. The room was cleaned ok...But then you get to the carpet...and you can see an attempt was made but I think the vacuum had very little suction. BUT... when you're working on a fixed budget it's a decent place to sleep.

I called asking for an early check in & was told that I could technically check in anytime, shortly after a brief hold .. I was told I had to pay $60 for an early check in mean while I am coming from out of town., no complementary breakfast.. plugged bathroom sink, can’t plug in any personal game system into the tv’s , the staff was rude and basically told me my credit card wasn’t good enough, when I used it several times for previous hotels … after proving my credit card WAS NOT A RELOADABLE .. I was put beside a child whom cried all hours of the night. wasn’t impressed for my first stay ..

Bathroom sink did NOT drain. NO amenities such as shower cap, mouthwash. The toilet after flushing and fills up it drips for a while. I liked it had a fridge but it was NOT cold. Not enough PARKING
