Sehr schönes Hotel mit Renovierungsstau

Sehr schönes Hotel, toller sehr freundlicher Service, großes Bemühen dem Kunen den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Leider waren die von uns genutzten / besichtigen Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Das schöne Ambiente und der sehr gute Service entschädigen entschädigen diese z. T.

A disappointment

The hotel was a disappointment. We had booked half board and was told at arrival that half board included a check of 250 Rand for each adult that could be used as payment in one of the two restaurants. However since it was New Years Eve the checks could not be used in the hotel. Instead we had to eat at the nearby golf club. When we arrived all activities and the spa treatments were fully booked and could not be used during our stay. The service was slow.

Improvement required

I would not rate this hotel as a 5 star. We stayed at other 5 star hotels in the region over the festive period and we were really spoilt with very nice touches! I would recommend that Conrad review other 5 star hotels in the Cape region to improve their status.

Nice relaxing location

Pros: Room, Facilities, Pool
Cons: Customer service at the bar and the main restaurant. Attentiveness and being proactive and timely response to the customer rquests
Location: Walk with the Elephants, Cheetah walk, Bird gardens, Monkey and snake interactions, Zip lining etc
We were party of 8 (4 Adults and 4 kids) stayed at the Pezula for 3 nights. Had a great time. The location is perfect, tucked away in the hills. In our view, the bar and the restaurant staff could be more educated in customer service and being attentive to guests. We would not have minded at the busy dinner times but at 6 PM, we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for our drinks. Service during dinner is not 5 star standard for sure. we experienced it all 3 nights that we stayed so could not say it was just one off. Having said that it is great location, great facilities and would recommend this hotel.

sleepless night in pezula hotel

i went to a 5 star hotel to rest and to sleep ---and to be pampered - it was not possible to sleep - from 2 to 4 in the morning the aircontrole system - mine was switch off - started to run and hum - like the noise you get in an underground parking area and i had to lay awake till 5 - when it when quiet ----i think i got the noise form the other rooms - since it is one connected system ---

전반적으로 서비스 시설 등 모두 괜찮았으나 침대가 호텔 시설대비 좀 불편했고 호텔스닷컴 통해서 방 1개 예약했는데 두개로 예약이 잡혀있어서 그것을 다음날 아침까지 계속 신경써야 했습니다. 그리고 Cafe-z에서 저녁도 아주 맛있었지만 상당히 늦게나왔다는 단점이 있었습니다. 전체적인 서비스 등은 매주 만족스러웠습니다.
