Arrived to a lovely, air-conditioned room with the annoyance of a wet bedroom floor below the air-con where it had been leaking.
The bar service was very slow on New Year's eve, requiring us to repeat our order before receiving our bottle of champagne. This might have been due to understaffing.
The hotel was not prepared on a staff/service front when it came to breakfast on New Year's morning either. My partner and I needed to wait 15-20 minutes for our coffee. Again, possibly understaffed?
Further than these minor annoyances, all the staff were very friendly and professional. The room was neat and clean.
