Visiting family in Kastoria, staying with them was not an option so we choose Chloe Hotel, the minute we walked into the lobby, I know we made the right choice. Beautiful hotel and the views were also, Margarita and her mother made us feel at home for breakfast, as if we were guests in their home, with alot of the breakfast foods coming from local people in Kastoria and Margarita's mother making a lot of the sweets, we will definitely stay again on our next trip!!

In one word - amazing. We have never seen such a great treatment. n. Everything was excellent. Great view. Very clean. And most of all is that the hotel owner is the most lovely peson. Great woman. She set and talk with us and help us with everything we wanted.

Great hotel - Highly recommended
Lovely family run hotel. Comfortable and very well maintained with high quality fittings and furnishings. The owners and staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful The hotel is on the outskirts of the city in a very nice and peaceful residential area. Our room was beautiful and had a balcony with a lovely view of the mountains and also the lake. It was about half an hour easy walk to the centre along the lake but a late night taxi back was under 5 euros. Breakfast was excellent with many delicious homemade cakes, preserves and local dishes made by the owner. Free on street parking was very easy. We would not hesitate to return - Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel. Very clean! Friendly and incredibly helpful staff. Spacious room. Good variety at breakfast. On site drinks and food available. Lake view room provided a pretty good partial view but the rest of the service at the hotel made up for that.

Great surprise. Wish we had stayed longer
This was a stopover on our way from Croatia to Greece. It was a very nice surprise. Just the perfect relax we needed after driving all day through Albania. The breakfast is absolutely superb. A lot of natural items that come directly form local farms (some of which belong to the hosts relatives). Highly recommended place.

True Greek hospitality lives on in this hotel!
If only all hotels could have staff as courteous, acommodating and generous as the that of the Chloe Hotel. Immediately upon my arrival, I was kindly greeted in the typical Greek way. Then, the receptionist processed my check-in without delay. I was also treated to a local sweet made with semolina and ice cream. My room was clean and modern, and was plenty spacious for one person. Breakfast, which is included in your stay, is fresh and tasty. There were a variety of both English continental items as well as Greek bites. Though this is not an issue for me, I do want to say that the hotel is approximately 1.5 kilometers (alittle over 1 mile) from the city center. One could easily walk back to the hotel, but I imagine a larger group or those with children may find that challenging. A cab ride was cheap and each can driver I used knew exactly where it was. The daughter of the owner personally drove me into town and showed me where the sights were before dropping me off at a bike-rental shop. Though it was the low-season when I stayed and such service is not explicitly stated in their list of services, it is an indication of their willingness to please their clients. The surrounding neighborhood is residential which considering how tightly-packed homes were in the city center was refreshing. The hotel is situated slightly off the main road, and while its facade faces the lake it does not sit on the lake itself - a small price to pay for impeccable hospitality! If your travels take you to Kastoria, I highly recommend this hotel!

A jewel of a hotel
This is a great hotel in Kastoria. It was modern, lovely and fantastic in terms of accommodations. The staff was helpful and great. The only downside is that the hotel is outside the city - about a 20 minute walk or 5 euro car ride

Une belle expérience.
Un très joli hôtel, avec de nombreuses chambres avec une vue sur la lac (un peu lointaine mais agréable). Nous avions la plus jolie chambre: Suite Luxe vue Lac, 45 m2. Elle n’est pas très chère, et dispose d’une double terrasse. Le petit déjeuner est fait exclusivement à partir des produits régionaux. La ville de Kastoria est très jolie, ressemblant au Como, mais plus étendue. Une belle expérience.
